Marina EOverall great experience. Sleeper bus very clean and comfortable. The mini van ride was comfortable as well. The boat ride efficient. Everything worked as it should. The stuff very friendly. And careful handling of my luggage.
I wish the trip would have been without the change in Phnom Penh. Somehow I had missed this information during booking. But in the end everything went well.

Caitlyn BWe booked what was advertised as a VIP sleeper from Siem reap to Koh rong. Turns out when we got to the check in desk that we’d only be on the sleeper for 6 hours and would need to get off of this in Phnom Penh, wait an hour and then at 6am get on a mini bus. Which to add was one of the most cramped, uncomfortable buses we’ve ever been on.
The sleeper bus itself is great and no faults there but the advertisement of the trip itself was very poor

DArcy WI booked last minute and the only available seat was the front, middle, between the driver and passenger her seat. Partially my fault but the seat should not even be offered. There is no place to put your feet, and the seat is on the transmission hump. It’s hard as a rock and there is not even a seatbelt. It was 4 hours of discomfort. The things we accept for flexibility. Needless to say I won’t make this mistake again!

Henry TBus was really comfortable and nice beds and curtains! No bathroom which was weird considering how nice the bus was. Made a lot of stops in the night and would just stay parked for long periods of time, also ended up getting to destination an hour before we were supposed to, so we waited 1.5 hours for our transfer instead of 30 minutes, which was a little rough at 5 am but also seems to generally be the way busses are here.

Brian CThis company is very unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was going and nobody was able to provide assistance. Our sleeper cabin had no window and the AC was turned so low you could barely feel air coming out. We were incredibly hot all night and were sweating in our windowless wooden box. We were woken up at 5:30am for a transfer and had to wait for 1 hour until the transfer bus arrived. We have taken many sleeper buses throughout Asia and this was the worst.

Pamelia CI booked a single seat up high for my friend that has mobility issues and our seats were switched to two low beds. I did not like no windows which should have been explained. It was very clean, blankets nice, staff was very helpful. Loved getting help with our luggage from taxi to the stand. Very impressed with the gentleman outside working there! Inside staff at counter were friendly and polite.

kane PTicket was for a sleeper bus. Sleeper bus was very comfortable. Stoped for 1hr at services for toilet / food and drink etc. arrived to Phnom Penh in which we was transported onto mini bus which we wasn’t clear when booking.
Arrived at Phnom Penh at 5:10am, was told would be leaving at 6:30am. I went to the shop and left my partner at the depot and she was confronted at 5:45 telling us we need to get on the bus outside , it’s leaving now I need to hurry up etc. 5:50am we was on the bus. The bus driver was messing around in the area until 7:15am. Took us to the fruit market so he could get breakfast, then took us to the depot so he could have a cigarette with his friends. The bus was full with 0 seats. 0 space in the walkway as was rammed with bags. The backbench we was sat on had bags rammed underneath them so had no footspace at all , had a sit with our feet up on the rear seats. When the driver then left he decided to stop on 3 extra occasions trying to pick up local people when it was visually clear there was no space. We didn’t arrive until 10:30am. The journey should have been 2hr 30mins.

Max Everything worked fine, the driver was very nice and we arrived on time with enough breaks. Space in the bus was very limited, so I'd rather pay a bit more for the possibility to move my legs :)

However we arrived in Kampot 2h earlier than planned.

The mini-van to Sihanoukville though was a catastrophy. I've never seen a vehicule in such poor condition, and the driver was on his phone all the time. He veered of course several times, it was very dangerous. I cannot believe the same company offers such different services. Also double check the arrival time, the trip is way shorter than announced.

On our arrival in Phnom Penh we were told of our departure time, then when this time arrived we were shuttled into a tuk-tuk and taken to another provider without any other information. The other provider left about 90 minutes late and the van was not to the same standard as the journey to Phnom Penh.

Isobel IWe went from Battambang to Kampot. The sleeper bus was comfortable, but had minimal space for both you and a small bag. The sleeper was from 11:45-5am where we arrived in Phnom Penh. We knew we were switching to a mini van when we got to Phnom Penh, but what we were not told is that we would be waiting an hour and a half and then transferred by tuktuk to a different bus company. The mini van had little leg room and took longer than it should have. Overall not a great journey and wasn’t clear when booked what the journey was like. Is a fine enough journey, but just warning for future users. Sleep is minimal and broken!

Emily HIt started great we had a on time nice sleeper bus from 11:30pm and slept really well on it it’s comfy and clean however we did not expect all the lights to come on and be told to get off around 5am we were woken up and told to disembark we then had to wait at another bus station for around 1.5 hours for another bus which was a mini van, the mini van was crammed full of luggage and we spent a long time stopping to pick up parcels as we embarked on the journey stopping around 5 times to pick up more packages cramming more things onto the mini van - meaning people sat at the back were climbing on top of people’s luggage to get to their seat at the toilet stop. We were on time despite all the stops however and staff were all friendly - the ferry tickets are good value and was efficient and quick at the pier.

mateo Ythe buses had air con and were comfy. Crossing the boarder was easy but they never directed us where to go after to meet them at the next bus stop, AND they nearly left a man behind, but everything was fine in the end. after crossing the boarder we took a tuktuk to the next bus stop but had to wait 4 hours there for the next bus which was such a waste of time as the journey could be done in 4 hours not 9
