Rosa MThe ride was nice and the AC worked. But half an hour in the bus broke down and we stood in the heat without the machine working. No AC and the sun was burning but they could solve it (other bus drives were stopping to help) and the rest of the ride was totally fine.

Paul SVery capable driver who ensured we had a break midway and arrived on time. My only regret is that there was no clear, advanced warning that we had to pay an additional amount for our luggage. This meant we had to run to stand in a queue to pay this fee and get stickers for our luggage. I have never seen this done in any other country and the bus company should seriously consider a better alternative.

Rachel PAlthough appearing chaotic at the station, it is actually fairly organised. You need to make sure you purchase a separate ticket for your bags to get loaded in the storage area. You do this at a separate office by the side of the main station. 12Go is a useful app to help you get tickets. Communication was good too.

Andrew CClean station, clean train, fairly comfortable - even for a 6.5 hour trip. Train left late but arrived in Marrakech bang on time. Air Con was fairly poor even in First Class. Loved the higher speed double decker trains for comfort and quietness but these older ones did the job and the drivers were very diligent.

Damio FNo map to clearly indicate which train cart to board. Paid for first class and there were multiple people in our seats, eventually they got kicked out by conductor
No air conditioner for the entire 3hour ride. Passageway next to our cabin had multiple people sitting on floor

Annette FIt was very hot in the compartment, the air conditioning didn't really work...and if all the passengers have large luggage, it gets cramped. Still, it was a worthwhile experience.All fellow travelers were very respectful and nice.

Hugh ATrain from Marrakesh was late so missed our connection. No information given. Toilet on first train medieval with no lock (and that was first class). Hi speed train from Casablanca was excellent.

Enrique BWe had a trip from Marrakesh to Tangier with 35 mins transfer in Casablanca. Train from Marrakesh to Casablanca left on time, but arrived in Casablanca 35 mins later. On this train, the controller told us not to be worried, as our next train will wait for us and delay its departure. However, the railway station worker did not let us to access the platform, and we missed the train to Tangier. We were allowed to board the next train one hour later, but there was an issue of sharing the same sits with another passengers. Lucky us, the train was not full, and everybody had a seat. But this incident made our experience not so nice as we were expecting.

Sarvesh Ivery nice clean compartment in casablanca the train arrives in platform 5-8 (one of them) but you have to change to platform 1-4 (one of them) and you'll see the train from top it looks very thin and sleek and metallic. As an Indian person not knowing French/Arabic/Darija you can ask the uniformedhelpers who know English somewhat to help. Very nice.

tanya VMy ticket was changed on site, so I could take the earlier train. This was great, the lady at the station guiche was so kind.
In the end the train was delayed with approximately hour and 15min.
