The bus is old, in booking you can choose seat but its free seating. Too many stops, for 6 hrs only 15 mins break for toilet and snack. Bus very slow.

Friendly staff and comfortable bus with AC. Booking via the 12go site is easy and reliable. Negative points are that the bus arrived with 1h delay and the toilet on the bus was broken.

Very straightforward, all instructions very clear. Poipet was a nightmare after we left the bus at the border.

Great air conditioned bus, enough stops were made. Only complaint is bathroom was in really bad shape.

It would have been a 5 if they dropped us at Rong Kluea Market which was what I booked but instead, dropped us at the mini van station 1 km away from it. I saw at the station that its a temporary Air Aran terminal. But all in all, it was a nice ride. A/C strong and schedule on time.

Arrived 1.5h late...

We arrived at the Aranyaprathet safely but the bus itself was a little uncomfortable, no headrest and not enough leg room. I hope next time we get a better bus. Thank you.

Its very good

Comfortable bus, great A/C and very helpful staff on and off bus. Love that they stopped for a restroom break at a place with food and a pretty scenic place for gas. Arrived right on time. If you are going to Aranyaprathet, use Aran. Also, at the bus station, no more then 10 steps from the bus are several 350 bhat hotels that are really nice and plenty of food. Not far from bars either. Excellent trip!

A true experience! Only Thai people in the bus (Aran company), nobody speaks english, we weren't sure to be in right bus (arrived 30min late), several stops along the road to Aranyaprathet, passengers getting in with no seats available so the bus was crowded, and finally A/C was not working efficiently. A very hard 6h trip but we will remember it

Old bus & only dropped at the side of the road in a random place (ather than bus depo) but it was a safe & pleasent trip

Booked online. Arrived Mochit at 3am, got ticket printed. Good quiet ride. One stop for cigarette and toilet. Arrived Sa Kaeo on time
