Joshua NBeautiful ship, very friendly crew and excellent food. I would have guessed your twenty-three (23) year old ship was only ten (10) years old! Very clean, and well-maintained. All of the crewmembers smiled, all the time—and the young people in your apprenticeship program were delightfully energetic and enthusiastic. The meals were delicious, and assorted baked things almost too much (!). The prayers were a beautiful touch.

Molly FThe boat trip was a lot better than we expected after seeing information online. We booked the business class 6 bed room and it was very clean and comfortable. Each bed has curtains so it felt very private, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable level. The boat itself had everything you needed, and you can go on the deck which is nice and there’s a smoking area on the boat. The bad side was that we got food on the boat after being one of the first to board and it was cold. We had a meal included which we were not informed of and we found out afterwards after speaking to other people who had gotten then same boat.

Stefan NIn spite of the delay due to weather conditions, all in all we enjoyed a pleasant trip, by and large with the amenities we might expect.

Don GComfortable beds. Rapid fuss free boarding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that I couldn't go on deck, the doors were kept shut. The idea of a ferry is to experience being on the water not to be inside.

Walter LWe booked Suite Room 1, and it felt like we were on an international voyage. The room was spacious, but the only downside was the shower, which wasn't very good. The food wasn't great, but we weren't hungry. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I would love to do it again with my family.

Solenne DI thought I'd try something different other than flying. It was ok. I don't regret it. You don't see much on the way but it's still beautiful. It's a smooth ride. The staff was nice.
It's tough to sleep well in there. They said they'd provide sheets but they did not. The toilets were absolutely disgusting the whole time. The food was very basic, not too tasty, but it's ok. You can buy coffees and snacks on board. Also, bring change (lots of 5 PHP) to charge your phone onboard.

Raymarck DWhen booked on 3, you will be divided by your group.. despite being a big company, cant even invest on starlink for wifi, at least have some vouchers when they at least spend 500 on your ship it was free wifi, that way you can rake more income and give the needs of people its like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone. TV is not working, aircon is not adjusting.

Marlon SI don't know where to start.... It's a ~55$ ride in a 30 to 40 bunk bed Hostel dorm which excludes blankets and sheets😂 ( 60 Pesos extra). the toilets are smelly like the ones you know from the central station from 1999. And there are only 4 toilets for 800 Men. Normally I'm. Okay with budget travelling like worse then this but not for this price... If it cost around 15$ bucks yeah fine.
There are TVs in your rooms which are noisy as fuck, so we turned them off but at the end you have the lights which stays on the whole night...
The food which is included is horrible dry and cold rice, scrumbbeld egg pieces and some goat balls?
Last point is just nonsense but good to know, you won't be able to go into the harbour without going to a random 2GO store and pay 50 peso to print the ticket on a piece of paper🙄 after that you'll get charged another 20 Peso "Terminal Fee" and sometimes a "Bad looking Fee" cause you're exhausted from organising everything for the "Philippino Rules" to get just to Manila.
The last one was a joke but, hey thumbs up Philippines youre coming close to Germans nonsense fees and taxing system.
This is for the tourist class, so I recommend to book at least a 4 cabin or just take an airplane, if you book them. Early the price are cheap.

Hedvig BThe ferry was 6 hours late but we got no so we arrived in the middle of the night. We were supposed to get breakfast, lunch and dinner but since the ferry didn’t depart until 12pm (instead of 6am) we didn’t get any breakfast. Maisie CHave to pay for updates / emails is ridiculous, you should pay extra for luxuries not basic things! Turning up at 12AM for the ferry at 2 to be told it’s delayed until 8 AM, had to pay for taxis. Actually comfy beds in super tourist class, most staff were nice and they had a show on the night, bedding and food provided. One member of staff was kissing his lips and staring at a little girl which was very disturbing. Hope they do background checks.
