Mina SSuch a cheap service. They charge 500,000₫ per person, yet they still hesitate to provide toilet paper and hand soap in the washroom.

Manuel PIt’ll be nice if the WiFi actually worked at least on ONE of the trips I have taken.

Rahima AI was impressed by the service, the cleanliness and the comfort of the ride. The bus departed on time, we had one stop for a meal and bathroom and then arrived right around on time in Hanoi on the edge of the Old Quarter. I really appreciated the shoe bags and not allowing shoes in the bus to keep it clean. They even give you slippers to use during the break. There was an announcement a few minutes prior to the stop in Vietnamese and English, which was much appreciated.

Jessica QUSB ports didn’t work so you cannot charge anything. Seat reclining didn’t work so you are stuck with whatever the position is set to. TV’s didn’t work. Worst of all, the blankets were dirty and I have ended up with bites all over my legs. We also didn’t get dropped to the location stated. Beds are a good size.

Ian LPicked up on time from the hotel, arrrived a bit late in Hanoi but hardly suprrising considering the torrential rain, large amounts of standing water and chance of aquaplaning. Top job by the driver.
