Jordy BWe had a really unpleasant experience. We had ordered a black and yellow bus with what looked like quite luxurious seats in the photos. When the bus arrived at the stop—a really nice-looking one—someone got out and forced us onto an old bus instead. The person was impossible to talk to and completely unreasonable. It was a truly unpleasant experience; the bus driver (or whoever was filling in) smoked at the front of the bus, so it reeked for the entire journey. I will never do this again.

The only positive thing I can say about this journey is the bus itself. It was comfortable, the seats were pleasant, and the pillows and blankets were good. However, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite it being advertised as available.
Unfortunately, the service and organization were extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
When boarding, I was allowed onto the bus while my partner went to the luggage compartment to store our luggage. However, he was unable to do so because the luggage compartment was already completely full of packages. While he was dealing with this, the bus doors were closed, leaving me literally locked inside the bus without my partner.
My partner tried to explain the situation to the staff, but instead of listening or trying to understand what had happened, he was repeatedly and very rudely told to show his ticket. He tried to explain that I already had my ticket and had already been allowed onto the bus, but there was not even an attempt to understand the situation.
When the staff realized that I was already inside the bus — despite the fact that they themselves had allowed me to board — I was also shouted at. This situation continued for approximately 5–10 minutes and was completely unnecessary and extremely unpleasant. A simple attempt to communicate and understand the situation would have resolved everything immediately.
Things became even more frustrating when we were then told that we would have to travel on a much smaller 36-seat bus, despite having explicitly booked and paid for a VIP bus. We had to argue repeatedly and provide evidence several times to prove that we had actually booked the VIP service. Throughout this process, the staff were extremely unfriendly and repeatedly shouted at us instead of handling the situation professionally.
We were eventually allowed to board the correct bus, but only after considerable discussion and with a significant delay.
After finally departing, we stopped for a 20-minute break only five minutes into the journey. After that, however, there were no further proper breaks for a very long time. The next break was not until shortly after 3 a.m., even though we had been told it would be around 1 a.m.
At one point, we were already at a rest stop and politely asked whether we could use the toilet. The response was simply a shouted “NO” from a member of staff. This is completely unacceptable customer service, particularly on a long-distance overnight journey.
The problems continued upon arrival. One of our pieces of luggage was simply left somewhere inside the bus, and we had to search for it ourselves. The luggage compartment was, once again, filled with packages rather than being properly used for passengers’ luggage.
To make matters worse, the power outlets were switched off during the journey, meaning that even the facilities that had initially worked were no longer available.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. The combination of poor organization, inadequate handling of passengers’ luggage, lack of communication, and particularly rude and unprofessional staff made the journey far more difficult and unpleasant than it should have been.
We were asked beforehand to leave a review. Unfortunately, this is the honest feedback we have to give: the service fell far below what we expected and what was advertised. The way we were treated by the staff was particularly disappointing, and based on this experience, we cannot recommend this service.

Sarai SHonestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling in Vietnam.
I booked a bus from Ninh Binh to Da Nang, and my reservation clearly showed a yellow and black bus. When I arrived, the staff tried to put me on a completely different blue bus. I got on because I thought maybe there had been a change, but then they made me get off and go to the yellow and black bus. Then they told me that one wasn’t my bus either. They kept making me get on, get off, switch buses, and then go back to the blue bus. It was extremely confusing and stressful.
There were three men dealing with me, and they kept yelling at me and aggressively insisting that I get on the buses. They were speaking to me in Vietnamese, which I couldn’t understand at all. I was traveling alone, and honestly, having three men yelling at me and surrounding me was scary. People at the station even noticed what was happening and asked me if I was okay.
I ended up not taking either bus and had to figure out another way to get to Da Nang.
I understand that mistakes and changes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was absolutely terrible. I felt intimidated, confused, and genuinely unsafe. I paid for a service that I never received, and instead I was left with a really unpleasant and frightening experience.
Definitely not an experience I would want anyone else traveling alone to go through.
*** I have also been trying to contact customer support for TWO DAYS about what happened, and I still haven’t received a single response to my complaint***

Ellen Great overall, very comfortable ride and goood cleanliness.
Only negative was that staff were very stressed when we arrived 40 min before departure and wanted us to get on the buss quickly. Yet it didn’t leave for 50 min.

Javier MThe cabin is very comfortable. Was expecting a smaller space but it was great (for my height 1.82 m). The bus was a bit delayed but still got to the destination on time.

Manav GOverall, the bus and everything was good.
I am giving this rating only because of the driver and attendant.
I was carrying food on board which they didn't let me take inside - i totally understood this as this is an acceptable practice.
However, later when the bus stopped at the resting point. The driver didn't let me fetch the food to eat outside the bus.
Hello typically locked the bus and went away for 20 mins atleast to the restaurant he had stopped at.
Hello was even point at me to get the food from the restaurant.
Eventually, I slept empty stomach and my food ( simple banh mi) went stale until the next day we reached and I had to throw it away.
Not sure about his arrangment with the restaurant but, this definitely spoiled my overall experience.
@team, please check such things don't happen because of the staff on board.

Helen Vcomfortable vehicle, great value for money, had a limo van take me from my hostel to the bus station which I was not expecting but was very much appreciated as saved me a lot of time and effort to travel there myself. would highly recommend this company

Karen SThe bus was great, but the people behind the bus are not that great.
They were supposed to contact me for instructions I have to text them many times until their help; I booked a bus from Ninh Binh bus terminal to My Khe beach in Da Nang the bus dropped us off i guess in the bus terminal, no one said nothing i started to look for the company for the shuttle service and the people are so rude; I understand the language barrier so I use the translation app, but they were busy in their phones, they just point like go over there without saying nothing but I had to come back and tell them like i don’t speak Vietnamese i don’t understand what is going on, however all of the guys involved in the shuttle service were not polite at all. I was very stressed at the end of my journey
