Connor HThe operator changed my date to the next available bus after I booked it on the wrong day (silly I know), and also organised a shuttle bus drop off to my homestay for the night. She was super helpful and kind

Peter MIt got me A to B and the vehicles were okay, but had to change from Taxi to Bus to Taxi which is very convoluted, especially when this wasn't communicated clearly beforehand.

Yiping LOverall the limo service was smooth, even though the whole procedure was not clear in the voucher. The limo support sent the confirmation soon after booked the service via WhatsApp. The limo support also contacted us about the first pick-up place. We did wait a bit for the first pick-up, as we're told to go to the waiting place 25 min before the departure time. The rest transfer was quite smooth. The limo driver was on time too. He did good job though no smile.

Thomas GThe car was not clean at all, with a smell of sweat unsuffereable... There were even finger nails on the floor... Disgusting.
Otherwise, the driver was cool and the trip was ok.

Carol GThere was a error with the meeting point I was sent the day before. After a 40 minute wait, a driver came, took two other passengers and told me there was no place for us in his taxi. We had to wait 20 more minutes until another taxi was sent to pick us up at the pick up point. This delayed the whole journey more than 1 hour and was very frustrating because various phone numbers were talking to me at the same time asking the same questions and not giving me a solution. The journey itself, once it started, was good.
