Genau genommen bieten fast alle Minibusse nur begrenzten Stauraum, und wenn Sie mehr als eine Tasche, einen Koffer oder einen Rucksack dabei haben, ist es vielleicht eine gute Idee, einen separaten Sitzplatz für Ihr Gepäck zu buchen. Das bedeutet allerdings, dass Sie leider den doppelten Fahrpreis zahlen müssen.
- Informieren Sie sich, ob Ihr Minibus nach Fahrplan fährt oder erst abfährt, wenn er voll ist. Im letzteren Fall müssen Sie möglicherweise sehr lange warten, da es auf einigen Strecken eine ganze Weile dauern kann, bis der Minibus voll ist.
- Minibusfahrer sind für ihre rasante Fahrweise bekannt. Selbst die seriösesten Unternehmen schaffen es manchmal nicht, die Fahrer dazu zu bewegen, die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen einzuhalten. Sascha TDie Fahrt war gut. Das Auto und der Fahrer entsprechend den Thailändischen Gegebenheiten, aber echt in Ordnung.
Schade war, dass vorher nicht klar war, dass der Hotel zu Hotel Transport im Zielgebiet nicjt gilt und wir 600 Baht extra zahlen mussten. Aber man hat das vorher (positiv: per WhatsApp) kommuniziert und es war nicht teurer als ein Taxi.
Unterwegs haben wir viel vom Land gesehen.

Daniel BEine Frechheit wie man die Kunden behandelt.
Wir sollten in Don Sak 4 km zu Fuß zur nächsten Haltestelle der 12 Go laufen.
Dann haben wir die Adresse vom Hotel vor der Fahrt dem Fahrer mitgeteilt, der uns dann 30km vom Hotel entfernt aus dem Bus geworfen wollte, nachdem wir gesagt haben was wir bis zum Hotel gebucht haben hat die Dame von der Touristen Information uns angeschriehen das wir aus dem Auto austeigen sollen.
Für weitere 700 Baht würden sie uns aber zum Hotel fahren.
Einfach nur eine Frechheit.
Nie wieder fahren wir mit dieser Gesellschaft.

Vanessa LEs hat alles super geklappt …. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde vor angegebener Zeit in der Lobby wie gewünscht und wurden mit nur 5 Minuten Verspätung abgeholt. (Wir waren die letzten aufgrund Standort) reibungsloser Transport und pünktlich am Pier gewesen. Check in am Pier mit den Voucher lief auch reibungslos und dann ging es auf die Fähre.

However, 12Go sent us a confusing email telling us to go to the RTC office but without any address or directions, which made it a bit difficult to find. Once we got there, everything worked well and the transport itself was very good.”

He was really friendly and allowed us time to get ready but I feel that we could have received notification of this prior. Matthew JWe were dropped off in Ao Nang, rather than at our hotel in Klong Muang, despite the voucher stating that only Tubkaek hotels would not be drop off points. Other passengers were also heading to Klong Muang, and they were contacted by the service provider in advance to let them know, whereas we were not.
In addition, the driver was very nice, but he drove extremely fast, and the AC in the van was very weak, meaning it was very hot inside.

Caroline RThe van arrived at our hotel half an hour late, but I didn’t deduct a star for that, as this can easily be due to other passengers. Everything else was very good. I always felt safe during the journey, we took a 20-minute break at a fairly large rest area, and we arrived on time. Would (and did) book again.

Eva SPick up went smooth. Nice driver, clean car. Ferry staff was not the nicest. Treated customers rude, arrived 45 min late. Therefore, my hotel pick up person was no longer waiting for me which meant that I had to carry my luggage for 20 min to get to the accomodation on Phi Phi.

Frank FIn the booking procedure I couldn’t find the window to tell our flight-no and arrival-time. I wrote it as a message, that I don’t know how much time we need to get our luggage. I didn’t know that it is a private pickup. So I gave more time as needed. At the pickup no we were 1 h too early. So we were a bit lost there. Everybody was gone. We thought we had to wait 1h. Fortunately the driver gave me a call and we didn’t loose too much time. He was very friendly and made it ebenen possible to get us a ferry earlier than booked. Excellent!

Katherine AIt said it would pick you up in Khao Sok, but didn't specify the location or exclude anything like other services, which is why we chose it. We bought it two days in advance, and just 1.5 hours before, they notified us that our hotel wasn't included. We had to take a taxi, and we weren't even sure they were running. We couldn't schedule it because of the short notice. If they saw the reservation and the pickup location, they should have notified us earlier so we could schedule it in advance or cancel the service.
