Karina NThe process was confusing and unclear. We got picked up from the airport, but neither us nor the driver knew which ferry to take or how to get the ferry tickets... Eventually another person told us to follow him and his group into a speedboat and after a bus took us to the hotel in cat ba town.

ีั้ีกํากพีั BWhole journey was very professionally managed with good communicafion re pick up at Cat Bi airport.....comfortable car to ferry with friendly driver. Short wait for ferry and after arriving on Cat Ba strught on to comfortable bus to Oasis bar. The guide on bus was very helpful and well organised ensuring I was dropped off very near my hotel.

Thorsten NCommunication with Mui Ne Private Car was outstandig, even when we faced the problem with a delayed flight and therefore difficulties to reach the last ferry, they did anything even finding an alternative. Well done!

Andrew I couldn’t fault this service. The Full Moon Party bus was right on time leaving the Cat Ba office at 7:00am. We arrived at the harbour and were transferred to a waiting boat which left as soon as everyone was on board. The second bus was waiting on the other side which again left promptly. A short ride later we were transferred to a waiting taxi and driven to the airport. 1h 45 mins in total door to door, very slick service!! Booked our tickets online with 12go and everything was included in the price.

Lukas WCan’t really understand why the reviews were so good. It was alright all in all, the office in Cat Ba wasn’t open at that time and we weren’t sure if it was the right bus. First bus was a little small and dirty but fortunately the journey wasn’t so long. Second bus was better, but also small. Other than that, there were no issues.
