The taxi didn’t show up at the time I requested so I had to call the operator and wait more than 30 minutes. It was extremely difficult to find the taxi since no license plate, name card, or company name was given to us to locate the driver.
When the driver finally did come, they stopped at a shop on the way to the airport and gave someone else a ride part of the way. It felt very strange since I had booked a private taxi. This, on top of being late made the experience very negative.
There are many taxis and minivans outside of the pier offering rides to the airport for the same rate so it would have been less of a headache to use one of those than to book ahead of time.
The annoying thing is the smell of garlic, I was suffocating in the car from the intensity of the smell, and the other thing is recklessness in driving, it was not recklessness in itself but rather he was not paying attention to the road and holding the book of previous customers and talking on the mobile
Good experience. But would have been helpful to have driver standing with a sign with my name for quick identification. Although I went to the designated pickup spot, I had some trouble locating driver, since there was no sign with my name.

Great car, great value. Had no issues with the journey at all. Driver also briefly stopped for us to pick up my wife who was dropping of the hired scooter. Also very responsive on facebook. Would use call me taxi again.
Stressed us as the driver did not pick us up in time and we had to reach our flight. As it was night, we didn’t see options kn case the driver does not turn up. Gladly the pdf file contained your 12Go Asia service number that helped. If I would mit have been able to reach you, I think we would have missed 3 flights and heavy costs. The drivers excuse was he did not find is but I added the adress in English and Thai language. He should have proactively look before or contact us or you
Even though I booked a taxi for 3pm (as my flight was landing around then), 12go Asia said they sent a driver at 2.30pm... and when I arrived around 3.15pm (flight was slightly delayed), there was no driver waiting for me. He left apparently because I was delayed and he was there from "2.30pm". Even though I requested a driver for 3pm....
I had to wait an hour and 40minutes for someone else to come pick me up, with no warning regarding this. The number I was given to contact kept hanging up on me or not picking up. And the support team was slow as anything getting back to my emails of concern regarding a driver. When they did reply, they weren't very helpful or concerned that I was stood up for that long. They tried to blame the flight delay for him leaving, as if they were doing me a favour by sending someone 30mins earlier than the landing time of my flight??? I would probably think again before booking with 12go again.
