PL Travel

PL Travel?

Elias BThe experience was good. The price is cheaper if you book it directly at the pier. We payed 1500 THB instead of 1000 THB.
I guess because of the comfortable van. It took 1:15h instead of 1:30h and he even drove comfortable.

Itamar FThe driver was an hour and a half late; the operator said it was because heavy rain, which was odd as it was a sunny day. To compensate, the driver drove dangerously fast, all the while talking on his cellphone. Three stars as we were on time to the ferry and other than his driving, the driver was nice.

Herma BThe journey it self was perfect. The driver was great. And the communication in advance was also well.
However, I would like to point out that we were not at all happy with the fact that you combined multiple flights. I think that should have been communicated . Our arrival time at the airport was 12:30. We had deliberately planned the pick-up time with plenty of time in case of delays. Which meant that we waited for longer than two and a half hours. If we had known that you combine flights, we would have booked an earlier time ourselves. I also found it not pleasant that the operator hid behind delays due to heavy traffic, which was absolutely not the case.
We are happy to be at our destination, but therefore not entirely satisfied with the approach of the transportcompany.
