Traveling to Plitvice from Split. I was traveling with my not so easy to pleased teenage daughter (13y) from Split to Korenica/plitvička jezera on a double decker bus. It was a 4h drive. We were right on time in Korenica. The driver was very friendly, bus clean from inside and outside. At one point we thought that the bus is electric because the motor was sooo quiet.

There was terrible confusion at the station about which bus platform to wait by and which bus was ours. We were sent in two different directions when we asked different station staff. The driver and another staff member got off the empty (still not open) bus shortly before the listed departure time, and they passed the crowd waiting and would not answer any questions (specifically, asking "is this the bus to ____") when we were all obviously very stressed about whether we were in the correct place. I was lucky we waited at the correct bus, but if I had not, I would have missed my bus because the staff didn't confirm the bus until after our departure time. Once the bus staff finally returned and confirmed where the bus was going, the staff was pleasant and efficient.
