Anonymous Departure port difficult to find. Puncture. There was no explanation where is the departure port. The map on the information showed only the building of ferry terminal and we almost missed the ferry.

Anonymous wrong address. In line with the schedule. Getbyferry got the address wrong. Please correct that. We had to check it with Jadrolinija, luckily we had enough time, otherwise we would have missed our ride!

Anonymous It would’ve been nice if they told us which pair to go to they did say number 11 but didn’t specify. If it was 11 811 B 11 C. That I didn’t know if it was 11 AB or r c.

Anonymous Very comfortable, wide space, and smooth movement. When coming back from Bol to Split, we could see amazing sunset through left window.

Anonymous As foreigner, there was no signage telling us which ship to board. We almost missed the ship. Signs or an info desk Would benefit visitors.

Anonymous Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. I struggled with the luggage and 2 smaller kids, and got immediate help from staff. I liked the small coffee shop/bar on the boat, where we could have some coffee and refreshments. 1 cone of icecream costs 4€.
