Alles lief reibungslos. Der Check-in war unproblematisch. Das Speedboat legte pünktlich ab und brachte uns pünktlich ans Ziel. Es war nicht überfüllt und alles machte einen sehr professionellen Eindruck.

Smooth boat ride (obviously this depends on how rough the sea is that day). Very quick between lanta and phi phi. Although couldn’t get into phi phi pier quickly as there are A LOT of boats here! We were picked up from Saladan pier and bundled into a car with no explanation and taken 10 mins down the road to an area where the boat was parked. However staff very friendly.
Good service, on time. I think it’s a little pricey so only 4 stars.

Easy, short speedboat jump. Although weird that it was a tour boat for day-trippers from Koh Lanta, in addition to a shuttle for people staying on Koh Phi Phi. It would also have been nice to have a minivan take us to the pier rather than a songthaew with no space for bags.
All good. Quick and easy. Pick up on time. However the car/truck that picked us up from the hotel was a bit small. It was a short ride for us but we had to squeeze in to fit all people.
