전반적인 운영은 괜찮았고, 침대도 비교적 편안했으며, 기차도 정시에 출발했습니다. 하지만 밤에는 너무 추웠고, 기차가 흔들리는 구간도 있었습니다. 그래도 다시 이용할 의향은 있습니다!

The staff is supportive and everything is well organized. On short notice we asked for picking us up from the hotel in Hanoi and bringing us to the hotel in Sapa. The bus driver did his job very well and we had 3 stops in total. I would book here again.

Very relaxing. Bed a little hard. Lovely travelling through some amazing countryside and Hanoi.
The train was on time and arrived on time. Light snacks were provided. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Very satisfied with this journey. Would definitely use it again.
The overnight sleeper birth I booked for my and I was comfortable and exactly how I expected after reviewing photos. It was a lovely experience. The waiting area prior to boarding however was a little tired and could do with some more care.
