씨엠립 출발 방콕 도착버스

10월24일 방콕행버스 이용했는데 동행한 가이드(스텝)?분이 정말 친절하시네요. 영어못한다고 하니 말도 천천이 해주고 ㅋㅋ 국경넘을때에도 승객 잘챙기시고 하차할때 생수 가져가라고 덕분에 편한이동이었습니다

좋은 편안한 여행, 친절하고 기내 서비스. 국경을 넘는 과정에서 직원들이 매우 도움이 되었습니다.

버스 타는 것은 매우 좋았다. 그들은 태국 국경을 통과한 후 여러분을 기다리고 있을 몇 가지 간식과 3가지 점심 옵션도 제공합니다. 버스를 타는 동안 우리가 캄보디아-태국 국경에 도착했을 때 해야 할 일과 출입국 관리소를 통과한 후 반대편에서 버스를 찾는 방법을 알려주는 조수가 있었습니다. 이는 도움이 되었습니다. 그는 캄보디아 측에서 출국 '서류 작업'을 하기 위해 3달러를 지불할 수 있는 옵션을 제공합니다. 왜냐하면 그들은 시간이 많이 걸릴 것이라고 말하지만 그것은 실제로 사실이 아닙니다. 비용을 지불하지 않고 스스로 하기로 결정한 사람들은 태국 측 이민 대기열 바로 뒤에 있었습니다(캄보디아 측에는 버스 회사, 경찰 등 모든 사람으로부터 상당한 부패가 있었습니다). 가장 오랜 시간이 걸렸고 우리 모두는 2시간의 마이그레이션 대기열을 수행해야 했습니다(해당 시간은 날짜와 시간에 따라 다를 수 있음). 그래서 제가 추천하는 유일한 것은 3달러를 지불하고 다른 곳에서 하듯이 직접 서류 작업을 하는 것이 아닙니다. 별 차이가 없기 때문입니다. 그 외에는 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다.

The bus ride was very good. They give you some snacks and also 3 options of lunch that they will be waiting you with after passing the border to the Thai side. There was an assistant during the bus ride that gave out indications as how to do when we got to the border Cambodia-Thailand and how to find the bus on the other side after passing migration control, which was helpful. He gives you the option to pay them 3 dollars to do the exit 'paperwork' on the Cambodian side because they say it will take a lot of time, but that's not really true. The people that decided not to pay and do it themselves were right behind us in the migration queue on the Thailand side (there is quite some corruption on the Cambodian side from everyone: bus companies, police officers, etc) which was actually what took the longest time and we all had to do the 2h migration queue (that time might vary depending day and time of the day). So my only recommendation is not to pay the 3 dollars and do the paperwork yourself like you would do anywhere else, as it doesn't make a difference. Other then that, the service was very nice.

저는 호치민에서 프놈펜까지 Giant Ibis를 이용한 적이 있었고 정말 좋았기 때문에 여기서도 마찬가지일 거라고 기대했습니다. 아니었습니다. 버스는 오전 7시 30분에 출발한다고 합니다. 그들은 오전 8시 10분에 운전했습니다. 운전한 지 5분 밖에 안 되었는데, 다시 15분간 정차해야 했습니다. 도중에 5번 더 정차해야 했습니다. HCM에서 PP Giant Ibis까지 가는 것과 달리 짐을 옮기는 것도 쉽지 않았습니다. 우리도 짐을 옮겨야 했습니다(방콕 이민국이라 다른지 잘 모르겠습니다). 우리는 이전 일정 대신 오후 5시에 방콕에 도착했습니다.

I had Giant Ibis experience in Ho Chi Min to Phnom Phen and it was great so i was expecting the same here. Nope. The bus supposedly will go at 730am. They drove at 810am. Just 5 minutes of driving and they had to stop again for 15 mins. There were 5 more stops along the way. It wasnt as easy too as helping our stuffs unlike in HCM to PP Giant Ibis. We had to carry our stuff as well (im not sure if its different because its Bangkok immigration). We arrived almkst 5pm already in Bangkok instead of the earlier schedule.

방콕에서 일찍 내리기로 했습니다. 버스가 도로에 30분 정도 서 있었기 때문입니다. 아무런 이유도 말하지 않았습니다. 버스에 더 이상 앉아 기다리지 않고 나머지 길은 지하철을 타고 호텔로 갔습니다. 그렇게 하면 훨씬 더 빨랐습니다…

Decided to get off earlier in Bangkok as the bus just stood at the site of the road for about half an hour without telling us any reason. Took the metro for the rest of the way to the hotel instead of sitting in the bus waiting any longer. Was way faster that way…

버스는 꽤 편안했습니다. 우리는 씨엠립에서 정시에 출발했지만 즉시 점심을 먹으러 멈춰 여행에 총 10시간 이상이 걸렸습니다.

The bus was quite comfortable. We left from Siem Reap on time but immediately stopped for lunch and the trip took more than 10 hours in total

I understand that there is an issue regarding the border crossing but they handled the situation very bad. First, the communication is poor. Second when their manager called, I was even blamed why I booked the 1pm trip. When in fact, I booked this trip a month before the concern. They should’ve notified their passengers ahead of time and not when the passengers are already waiting at the terminal. Had I known that it will be the concern, I should’ve cancelled the trip and transferred at an earlier trip. Third, they gave us the option to sleep at the border. We consent to that option yet they told us that the van already left, in fact it never drop by our terminal. They lied about that fact just to force us to take the morning trip for the next day. It was a bad and frustrating experience. They are reluctant and negligent as a common carrier.

The bus was very comfortable and the conductor was polite and professional. Expect to walk and line up at both embassies. Bread and coffee was provided at the start. Lunch was also served.

Arrived more than 2h late and the transportation after the boarder was shitty
