Caroline CWe were told at the bus stop that actually it’s not necessary to buy a ticket in advance because the bus goes when it is full. So if you have tickets for a 9am bus and turn up 10 mins before - if the bus is full it will have gone already. We had tickets for a 9am bus and got there super early - 8.20 and were put on a bus that left at 8.40. Youd be annoyed if you had. Poked seats for that bus and found someone else ( us!) had taken the last seats.

Sarah SConvenient when there isn't any train but keep in mind that the van seems to leave when it is full or when everyone that booked a ticket is here, our van left 30 minutes late.
Plus they don't say the stops at loud so it is hard to know the stops
But it is convenient and confortable for the price :)

Ian CThe fact the driver didn't speak a word of English, and I didn't know that my stop.wasnt the last one for this bus made it a bit stressful, it picked up, and dropped off people right the way along the route, unless you know where you need to get off, give it a miss.

Justin Honestly, given the price, I wasn't expecting much, but the bus is actually pretty comfortable. It's a great experience; I'd just recommend arriving 30 minutes early, both on the way there and on the way back.

Rachel LOverall a good experience and appreciated the flexible departure times. Note that the final destination will be the van terminal in Ayutthaya and there are lots of tuk tuk drivers and tour bus companies waiting for you, I would recommend you have a clear plan upon arrival otherwise you get sucked in to dealing with these guys. Doesn’t take away from the service though

Lauren MVery convenient, we booked our seats online a few hours before departure. The departure location was conveniently located and the van left on time (actually a few mins early because everyone had already boarded). The driver got us to the airport safely and on time, although my seat didn’t have a seat belt for safety. My only recommendation for people traveling to DMK airport is to ask the driver to be more clear when you arrive at the airport stop. We got off the bus at the first stop (International Terminal 1) becuase we didn’t know if the bus would make a second stop at the Domestic terminal 2. We had a domestic flight so we had to walk ~10mins from the bus stop to Terminal 2, which was ok, but it would have been helpful to know in advance where the bus stopped (both terminals or only at T1).

Delvin LThe bus doesn’t have room for luggage. If you have more luggage than you can put in front of you or in your lap. You must purchase an extra seat. That’s find but it should be stated on the booking information not after you have purchased a ticket. Your ride is now twice the cost. You should be told that up front before the ticket is purchased. Not afterward!

Dalene BSmooth transaction. Went to the terminal around 4:40pm. Showed my voucher and they gave me a laminated ticket to give to the driver. He left the terminal 10mins before 5pm. Would be best to arrive at least 20mins earlier than the scheduled time.

Christian LThe Mochit New Van Terminal is impossible to get to by MRT or BTS, as it sits in between two stations. This means you're either looking at a 2km walk in the baking BKK sun, or you have to take a Grab from the nearest station. The van seats are so tightly packed in that as 186cm tall person I genuinely could not fit my legs, I had to have them sticking out into the aisle.

Joseph BAverage. Bus attendant was indifferent to making sure I got my food ticket. When we stopped to eat, she disappeared so I didn’t ever get the food ticket, so I wasn’t allowed to get my meal. Bus driver was fine. Bus itself was well used but clean enough, comfortable enough.

Jacinto MI was disappointed regarding the information regarding the luggage seat. We were only informed about this after we paid for 2 passengers and there was no provision for a refund. I would have appreciated the information prior to our booking rather than after the booking. With the fare of the 2 passengers and the 2 luggage seats (including taxes for the luggage seats), we would have hired a private vehicle that could bring us from Ayutthaya to our hotel, rather than Ayutthaya Win to Mon Chit. Also, 2 pieces of luggage could have fit in 1 luggage seat. The van was crowded and not very comfortable.

Gary LMake sure you go to the new van terminal, the address isn't clear on the ticket download, I was taken to the main bus station across the road. The journey was okay and on time, if you have a small backpack you have to travel with it on your knee or between your legs, no luggage space on board. On the reverse journey back to Bangkok, be mindful that departure times are flexible, my journey stated 12 noon but we left twenty five minutes later whilst the driver waited for further passengers to arrive so the bus was full.
