Our advice: check the travel time. you’ll be arriving when Hanoi’s streets are at their busiest. Maybe you get stuck in traffic, just like we did.

Alessandro MI was contacted by the company the day before to arrange the exact pick up location and time in Pu Luong, and the rest of the journey went smoothly. My only problem is that I was picked up last and the only seat left was in the back row which was super bumpy on the mountain roads. Maybe an advice for the driver to drive a little slower on the mountain roads??

Rogette LThe pick-up was fine even though we had to transfer because the original vehicle had a flat tire. The issue was the driver of the limousine. The roads were wet and he took way too many risks constantly passing the vehicles in front of us, on solid lines, on bridges. An on-coming truck swerved to miss us. Very nerve racking.

Peaceful Journey was really great at communicating prior to and during travel. We booked our connection pretty late the night before for an early start and their staff contacted us within a few minutes to confirm drop off and pick up points!

Patrick DPick up and drop off were in time. We forget something after drop off and could meet the driver one hour later. That' was really good. But the journey itself was a desaster, because the drivers driving style was more than dangerous. Even for Vietnam. That's not a bit responsible. Espacially with a whole family in board. Also the driver seemed to be sick.
