Prednosti i nedostaci putovanja taksijem

Prednosti putovanja taksijem

Excellent service from start to finish! We were met at the airport and everything was very smooth and well organized. Before our arrival, we received an email with clear instructions and details about exactly where the driver would be waiting for us, which made everything very easy. The driver was friendly and professional, the car was clean and comfortable, and the transfer was quick and hassle-free. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely use this service again. Highly recommended — 10/10!

The company has to cater to the extra luggages of passengers for some sort comfort as we bring and carry the luggages since there was no ramp for luggages to pass on and carry inside and bringing it out from the rain. Maybe a push cart can be of help. Thank you☺️

I appreciate that the driver was on time, polite, and maintained a nice vehicle. However, he struggled to stay awake the entire trip. We swerved lanes multiple times, slowed and sped up as he drifted and woke back up, and had vehicles honking at us because he was veering into their lanes. I could not rest because I had to be vigilant to ensure he didn’t completely fall asleep. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a paid personal transport. The company needs to do a better job of ensuring that their drivers for nighttime transportation are going to be able to safely complete their jobs, or do not accept the booking.

Well, on the first leg the driver was continuously fiddling with his phone. Which is. In my world, a serious security risk. When I asked him to stop doing it, he did. Later on, he started to fall asleep. I WhatsApped you about it and asked for another driver. Never got a response from you (Ouros), but apparently you talked to the driver who then complained to me. In the second leg, he drove much better. But your customer service is bad.

My experience was perfect! Mr. Vu arrived on time and the vehicle was quite comfortable! He was an excellent driver, making me feel extremely safe, especially on the windy mountain roads! We stopped for breaks and food, and he was so kind and helpful!

Driver was pleasant until he got stressed and then was shouting on the phone to the hotel we couldn’t find. He wanted us(3 older 60 year old woman to get out the car with three 20kg suitcases and walk a couple of blocks In Hanoi, we refused as we had paid for a taxi to our hotel. The GPS told him the road was closed but it was actually open. He was raising his voice over the phone to the reception staff when they tried to explain how to access the front of the hotel. We got to the front door by car eventually and he never said good bye just got back in his car. I feel every one in Vietnam has been so welcoming and polite. This man didn’t seem to know the Vietnamese way as we have used your taxi service a few times and always been very happy.

Great support team, we had to change the destination and time and they were on to it. Kudos to the team. The driver Mr Nghia is an awesome driver, car was clean and tidy and he also provided us with water for every passenger, even paid 10,000 VND to the lady to let us use the toilet. Would definitely recommend.

The driver was punctual but he was honking non-stop at other drivers and motorists along the way. It would be better if he honked less. He was also talking very loudly on the phone throughout the journey. I was notified only 2 hours before the fetching time of the driver's name and vehicle number.

Driver was on time, very helpful. Made stops along the way to get something to drink with bathroom breaks. Dropped us right at our location and went out of his way to get us to our final destination. Liked the fact that after booking, the company keeps following up with you via WhatsApp to make sure you know where to go when arriving at airport arrivals, who your driver will be, number plate and where you will find your driver

Hello, We paid a private shuttle for this trip, at a great price for this service, The driver came an hour earlier and made a side trip for his own purpose without asking, ending up late at our location. And the two driver made some different stops during the journey. The driver even changed during the trip, someone else took the car to bring us to final destination. We would like to complain about this service, which was quite pricey. Best Regards, Mégane Meuris
