Anna PHonestly really disappointed in the entire experience. I needed to move my boat time by 1 hour. I gave 24 hours notice, it really could have been done, but customer service didn’t want to help. I had to book an entire new booking for 1 hour later through my hotel because it wouldn’t even come up on 12Go, I wouldn’t use 12Go again after the poor support. 1 hour should not have been such a problem, there were seats on the boat, it was not oversold.

Kevin LThe trip itself was pretty good. Smoother than I thought it would be. It was in one of the larger speed boats and seats were good with plenty of legroom. Was a little bit hectic at the port, but moved reasonably quickly onto the boat.

Charmaine DI arrived at the main desk and my ticket showed the departure time as 4:30 PM. However, the lady at the desk informed me that the departure was actually at 5:30 PM.
I’m absolutely fine with waiting, but I was in a hurry and had planned my time around the original 4:30 PM departure.
If the departure time has been changed, it would be really helpful to receive an email or message with the updated time, so guests can plan accordingly.
