Fine ride. No issues. However, we saw foreigners coming and buying a ticket while we were checking in. They had to pay a much higher price than us. I think that's a weird way to run a company..

Boat is nothing special but at least the trip was only 30 minutes. From Sanur to Nusa Lembongan. No problems finding the booth and the check-in experience. When you arrive you will get wet feet but that happens with all the other boats too. It was on time too, thank you!

In the taxi after arrival we found out we left some of our luggage at our previous hotel. D'Star was verry helpfull and involved with the situation. The took our luggage on the boot and than to there office in Bali for us to collect. Great customer service! Check in and boatride was easy going.

Dstars were FANTASTIC with us, I’d left our passports on Lembongan by mistake (realised when back to Bali) and they sent someone to our hotel to get them and brought them back on the next boat. That’s such excellent service there - I’d always use them now just from loyalty for their kindness.

Departure point of boat was changed 15 mins before departure, then it was delayed. boat was totally overcrowded and couldn't sit comfortable, only had half a seat. Also no AC / fans so it was really hot.

The Service was really Great. We left our big backpacks inside the store & went to the breakfast stop next to it. When we come back our backpacks were already at the harbour, so we followed a crew member to our ship. Everthing was really well organized. Little Bit sad that we ended at a different stop of lembongan than expected. (You better take a pill before traveling cause so many people get Sick)

Transport was delayed 20 min because of one passenger, but no real issues. Fast transfer from Lembongan to Sanur. No airconditioning available. You have to go into the boat from the beach, wet feet.

The trip from Lembongan to Sanur went fine. But before the trip, the crew was "cleaning" up the beach by digging holes on the beach and putting all the garbage under the sand. Simply not acceptable.
