Josef VVery easy to manage. You change voucher for boat ticket at ferry office and then follow a guy from company. Boat is leaving on time and all the trip takes 45 minutes. Be prepared to remove shoes at Lembongan.

Kim AGreat experience and was on time for both boarding and arriving on Nusa Lembongan with Dream beach express. Got help with carrying large suitcase on wheels on water when getting out of the boat on island.
Needed to check in and get boarding pass and ticket with QR code outside the main port check in entrance which our driver missed so needed to walk 150m back outside the gate to check in.
Recommended travelers to be on time according to information given. Great WiFi can be used during waiting time.

Viktoria SWe booked a ticket from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan. The staff and organization was excellent! The boat itself was in good condition. The engine did NOT break during the journey, which happened at every other boat we took around Bali/Lombok. There is little space between the seats. This might be enough for small people, but for western people it's not comfortable at all. Also there was no aircon, only open windows. But when it started to rain and everyone closed their window, it was hard to breath. Our luggage was perfectly transferred. Nothing was wet or broken, perfect! We left 30 minutes late, which is ok.

Nicole AJourney was fine overall, boat was comfortable enough and service was on time. On our return journey they forgot to load our luggage (thankfully we noticed). On the way there they dropped someone's luggage in the water. I think this could've happened with all operators as you/all have to walk through water so please use a dry bag for valuables.

Marian MWe have to take the boat the 11th, but that day there was a ceremony and no boats were working so 12go contacted us and changed our boat to the 10th and in compensation, they offered us a hotel to spend the night of the 10th in Denpasar. Additionally, they offered us the transfer from the Harbor to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport the next day. They were amazing solving the problem!!! Thanks!!
