Only sligthed delayed, but got to Kuala Lumpur on time!

Everything went smoothly, easy to find the gates at the KL Bus Station. Departured some minutes later than scheduled but passengers were kept informed. Direct trip to Melaka, no stop for toilet or snacks. AC level ok, we had our jumpers on. Bus clean and comfy, enough space for longer legs too.

There was no complimentary food/snack/drink nor steward on board. Driver did not help passengers with luggage at all. Bus and travel itself was ok.

Super comfy trip! Driver was very safe and friendly! There was even a charging port under the seat!

Trip was alright. However, the driver could be better. He definitely should have helped passengers load their luggages, at least the ones who need help. Plus, he was constantly snacking while driving and seemed to not really care that much about anything.

The departure and arrival time of the bus was on time. As I'm a small person, the seat and legrooms were spacious for me. However, had to pay additional MYR 0.70 to print my boarding pass.

Bus was very clean and comfortable trip was almost to time suggested but traffic was heavy so took an extra 15 mins

I was really looking forward to our bus trip to Singapour. The check in and boarding went really smoothly in Melaka. Sadly the bus driver wasn't very nice. He usually was shouting at us with his commends. 1st stop happened when we needed to take our luggage through a check and than 2nd time at the border with passports. Unfortunately when we came back from the passport check the bus wasn't there. The driver did not wait for us. We were not even informed that he was not going to wait for us. Therefore we needed to ask other drivers and payed extra $5 per person to get to the Grand Hotel where we needed to call a taxi to get to our final destination. Overall we've overpaid for the journey and arrived really late at our hotel. Not happy at all

This trip was very efficient; it left exactly at the scheduled time and arrived early in Kuala Lumpur. The bus was clean, spacious and air conditioned and the boarding process was very straightforward.

Driver was a. It grumpy shouting to us all that we needed to use the toilet before boarding as he wasn’t stopping. Minor detail though. Bus was clean and comfy and we were on time.

The bus left half an hour late bus next to that the trip was perfect.

Comfortable and clean seats in the middle of the bus, driver was safe and we were on time. Wish we would have had more information on going to ticket counter A to check in and get tickets when prepurchase tickets online.
