Ryan NThe overall experience was excellent. The bus driver drove safely and arrived on time. Both the driver and the conductor were very considerate, respectful, and professional.
I would just like to suggest improving or replacing the plastic seat covers, as they make a noticeable noise whenever passengers lean back or move. Using a fabric or cotton seat cover that can be cleaned or replaced after every trip could provide a more comfortable and pleasant experience for everyone.

Michel DThe AC was way too cold. They keep it running at the same level from (hot/humid) Manila to (cool) Sagada. Temperature in the bus must have been 14-16 degrees - totally crazy. Getting out of the bus early in the morning in Sagada, with outside temperature around 18 degrees, felt like a big relief.
I told one of the staff on the bus (not the driver, the other person) about this during a stop but he responded only with a dismissive hand gesture.
I approached him again after we arrived in Sagada to give this feedback, and he was very rude, showing no understanding.

Karley DNone of the buses have bathrooms as advertised. Bus left late and took 13+ hours. Multiple unnecessary stops along the way including one for locals to buy produce. Seats are very close quarters and not very comfortable. Prepare to be exhausted and sore.

Kathleen RTrip experience was fantastic! Bus departed on time and arrived early. Reservation process was not ideal. I was not aware that there was a~13 hour processing period from reservation to confirmation. This was somewhat stressful because I wanted to ensure that I could get back to Manila before the typhoon hit. Without knowing if my ticket would be confirmed I wasn't sure what to do and had to do some additional contingency planning. The Coda office was helpful and 12go support was helpful, but the connection between the two companies could have been faster to reduce the confirmation time.

Roberto SWe took go&return ticket. The first trip left on time and arrived earlier than expected. The second trip arrived late at the bus stop, bus on time at the arrival. Air conditioning was a little bit too much on our way back. On both trips the bus stopped at a bus station where is possible to use the toilet and have something prepared to eat.

Liliya SThe overall experience is good, bus is not the most modern, but ok. It’s not so cold as everyone wrote here, we just wore shirts. I had a fleece jacket, but didn’t need it. The driver was driving like crazy, my husband saw it and was a little bit afraid, luckily I slept all the way 🤣 we arrived to Banaue 1.5 hours earlier, at 4:40 instead of 6:20

Pinay MThere is insurance coverage and also sends SMS reminders for the trip. The Bus is clean and comfortable but needs cleaning and better labels for the flush in the CR.
