No sensible Service and is was very Bad to know that there was no Toilet on the Bus.
The many stops for Toilet were not good for sleeping as sleeping Bus, because the room is to lighting then.

Laura MThe bus was more comfortable than expected given its small ‘double beds’ however the staff on the bus were very rude. They stopped only once for a toilet break on a 12hr journey but stopped constantly for picking up cargo. At one point I asked when the next toilet break would be and was told 5minutes followed by a lot of laughter, there was not another toilet break…

Nila CVery small and uncomfortable mattress for 2 people. Air con was too cold for the very small thin blanket they give you. Got about 3 hours sleep in total.

André PI don't know if I would advise it for solo travelers, I got lucky and didn't have to share the bed, but sharing that small bed with a stranger could have been a bit awkward, apart from that I would highly recommend it, on time, clean and good driver

Nancy DThe beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean.
The only problem is we purposely chose a bed that wasn’t right at the back so that we wouldn’t be lying near the engine as it always gets uncomfortably hot there, or by the toilet which can be loud and smelly. But the seating plan when booking is different to seats in real life as there is an aisle of double beds and an aisle of single beds. So we were in fact at the very back and I didn’t get any sleep in between being boiling hot and also having people slam the toilet door next to my head all night. Rating 4/5 as I’m sure that if we had been in a different bed we would have had a decent sleep.

The road was not too bumpy and the driver was not driving too crazy: we could get a few hours of sleep.

Isis EThe sleeping bus was fine, but if you are traveling alone I would recommend booking 2 seats next to each other. The bed is very small, even when your next to someone you know. I would recommend putting on warm clothes as the airco was very cold!!
We arrived half an hour early in Siem Reap.

JessicA HThe company CMR was really good, they arranged a shuttle to take us to the office for the sleeper bus, the shuttle driver was very nice, friendly and helpful, however the actual driver we had was chatting to his girlfriend friend all night, and wouldn’t open the bus doors once we had arrived, after repeatedly asking him to let us off.

Max NThe Hotel Bus is a nice (maybe one of the nicest) options to travel overnight. The beds are comforable and the lenght of the beds are good. When traveling alone, I would not do it honestly. It’s a small bed and lying next to each other for 10+ hours is a bit strange and uncomfortabke I think. For couples or people traveling together I would reccommend!
