Tanya KTo get in the boat you have to step in the water and if you are solo and have your baggage with you it's pretty tricky because nobody is going to help you unless you have a nice man passenger next to you so keep this in mind. Nothing is being announced in the boat so I had to guess that we arrived to Lombok because everybody started getting out. Before you are even out of the boat there are men that spot you right away take your baggage and walk to the office for car transfer that is really 20 meters away. You would think it's nice. Nope. After that they DEMAND tips and insist that it has to be 100K. When I have them less they said "no, give us 100K". I said "I don't have to give you anything, take it or leave it". Very unpleasant experience. Show boat was actually pretty fast, it took about 25 minutes to get from Gili Air to Lombok but then I had to wait another 25 minutes for the transfer van to arrive.

They were super attentive, helpful, and punctual. The boat was excellent, and the car was very comfortable and well air-conditioned, which made the trip even better.
The driver was extremely careful, responsible, and professional. Truly top-notch service — I would rate it 10/10, especially when compared to another company I used before from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan.
This really shows how important it is to do some research, because the difference between companies can be huge, even when the prices are quite similar.

Mateusz WThe cruse was really okay and good but after we came to Bali, we thought we will have a bus straight to Sanur, as while buying a tickets it was written that we will reach the destination after 3 hours from leaving Lombok, unfortunately the driver said we will have another 4,5h of driving. He make an offer of driving us to Sanur for 1,4mln - so watch out. We got an offer for 1mln from another driver and ended up with 400k after trade, so have it on your mind. my previous trip was with our surprises so I recommend it but be careful while buying a ticket and ask them if you’re not sure of sth.

Aansan YIt is recommended to double check the time of departure, because the actual car left almost an hour earlier than the ticket departure time. I overlooked a message the company sent about it, assuming the departure time is on the ticket - I therefore missed the taxi. They were really kind and supportive enough to get me on the next taxi.

Madeleine PMain ferry journey was fine. Big boat, quite empty, plenty of life jackets.
We travelled from Serangan to Gili Air.
We were told at check in to go to Lombok to get a speed boat to Gili Air. They took our photo for the shuttle boat. Arrived at Lombok and fella on the boat said that the speedboat left from Gili T. Once of the dock at Lombok two small guys with about six other people had our photo and repeatedly said "your ticket paid for public boat which may not go as need forty people now it's quiet" even though we did have a tag saying fast boat. We were then pressured into and SCAMMED onto a small rubbish boat where we were asked to pay 150k for the transfer across and then the small man who had our photo kept 50k for himself. They created chaos through the number of people crowding us, language barrier and time pressure. Fully taking advantage of us being tourists and unsure what was going on, where or when normal boats would go from.
The small boat journey was BAD as the boat was taking on a lot of water from underneath and the person sailing it had no idea how to use an outboard motor as the prop kept coming out of the water.
AVOID AT ALL COST AND WE WILL BE DEMANDING A REFUND!!!

Marcin MFirst part of our trip was not by nimbus but old van. 5 people + driver + a lot of baggage in small car. It was not safe. Company change departure time 90min just for that to wait longer for next part of trip - boat.

James ICompany Changed pickup time from 7am to 6:30an without discussion or explanation. Long wait at the port for transfer. Felt obligated to have breakfast at the quite poorly equipped establishment they had me wait at. Then charged me 600,000rp for a dragon fruit+banana which I thought was a bit extortionate. Car ride was good and the boat was almost empty which made the trip a bit nicer

Joost Over crowded slow boat. No assistance with getting the suitcases on board. Shuttle turned into 2 shared taxi’s splitting my family. Way overpriced. Would never book this again. On top of that the information provided for the slow boat and shuttle were coming from different companies which was very confusing.

FELIX GThe day before, we were informed that there were changes to the speedboat and that it would depart at 11:15 instead of 12:30. After arriving an hour and a quarter earlier, the speedboat didn't leave until 12:40.
Then the taxi driver charged us 50,000 rupees for the toll, which actually cost 14,000 rupees. Either we paid 50,000 rupees or he took us another way, taking half an hour longer.

But worst was that were supposed to change from the speed boat to a better fisher boat with sneakers on and a lot of baggage and supposed to walk through the sand and water to get on the boat at Lombok

Rosa JThe driver had terrible communication skills and caused some confusion regarding pickup time. I bought tickets for 11:00 pickup, and he texts the morning of and says be there by 10:30, then gets to the pick point before 10:00 and begins harassing me via phone/text until we arrive at pick up at 10:26. Totally rude guy. The van was dirty and falling apart with no seat belts and very aggressive driver. After all the last minute time changes, we arrived early at the port and waited almost two hours for the ferry. The ferry was also one of the junkier ones- I would guess they purchase the cheapest tickets to increase profit. Do yourself a favor and book with another operator.
