Arrival in Denpasar then around 3 hours delayed.
Unfortunately, in the first hour there was a bad smell from the toilet and later the air conditioning was too cold.
But it was still quite comfortable to ride with.

Vid IThe trip was OK, everything else is just poor. They took our language from the waiting area to the start of the pier and gave it back to us to carry it again self to the boat.
My backpack was torn because it was rubbing against something hard on the boat top, the trip actually took just 35min and it was on time that was a good thing

Steven CNobody said that if you sat on the top floor of the boat that we would be forced to buy beer and at a very expensive price.... I have never heard of that before.
Also the music was too loud and terrible (shit dubstep), everyone was happy when it was finally turned off.

Wolf GThey have a very nice waiting area on Nusa Penida (If you look inland from the harbour left to the parking area ca. 50 m) with a pool and cafe. Organization was good.
What I didn’t like was there was no safety instructions on the vessel and no life jackets. In an emergency you would be screwed…

Loretta FOrganization seems to be lacking. They transported our luagage to the top of the port only that we had to collect it again to carry it down to the ferry ourselves. That cost a lot of time. Service tho was nice, the ride was a little bumpy but the ferry is small so.

Alice R2 stars instead of one just because booking was easy, people at the check in friendly and accommodating. The trip was 1h late but i didn't mind - what was absolutely tragic was how all those people were packed on a boat at 13.30 and all windows and doors were closed, making the temperature over 45 degrees, for 1h instead of the 30 minutes stated on the ticket. Two people almost passed out, most of the others were just gasping for air. It was a nightmare
