Smooth process. Just show the QR code to the ferry company's desk and they'll provide you with a printed ticket and a lanyard to wear so it's clear which boat you should take. Very simple.

boat was overbooked, we couldn’t go on the speedboat. staff at the counter was unhelpful and unfriendly. never again with this company.

The boat ride was fine, but the company was nowhere to be found. In the harbour we were sent 6 different places and nobody knew were it was. I think we were looking for 45 minutes. It was chaos. Eventually is was in a backyard somewhere behind Axe Stone.

We boarded a bit later than expected but it’s bali and everyone’s relaxed. Very well organised, not too stuffy especially if you sit near the front of the boat or next to a window. Not much leg room though.

Was very easy to get ticket. On arrival they scan your ticket give you a boarding ticket . They take the loggage and you can wait at a coffe shop. After you walk with the whole group to the boarding building. Small seat only thing the fan on the ferry where not working .

Asking us to arrive an hour earlier for a boat that runs an hour later is not a good way to spend our time. No communication about what was going on and office for check in not easy to find.
