Lara SVery friendly staff and the boat was is good condition. We even managed to get on one boat earlier than our ticket. The way to Nusa Penida took only 25min. Everything was as on time.

Andreas MWe hat to come 1 hour before, that is still to much for check in. And then we hat to wait further time (again more than 1 h) because the ferry came to late. The ferry back was delated (why???) and the next one will leave 4 hours later!!! What shall we do in this time with all bagage? We lost many lifetime because of this. The men there are friendly and engaged. That was positive.
