Nicholas TIt wasn't excellent like the previous trip with the same operator. Previously the bus went on the ferry whereas this time we took a speedboat which meant unloading and reloading luggage at both ends, carrying it onto the boat. Easy enough for me but wife and daughter struggled. Also the bus didn't take us to our destination accommodation as stated, so we had to get a taxi at the end.

Yiping LThe whole journey was smooth in each connection, so we didn't need to wait long. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The total journey was about 3 hours. And the staff arranged a transfer close to our hotel, which was a big plus. I also used this company for Ninh Binh to Cat Ba. Highly recommended.

Gemma SWe booked the cat ba to Hanoi bus. We booked a bus that stated departure at 08:30 and arrival at 11:30, however when we arrived to the pick up point it turned out the bus doesn’t actually arrive until 12:30. A bit misleading when trying to coordinate timings for onward travel.

Marius MThey switched from booked bus ferry bus transfer to bus speedboat bus by themselves. The arrival in Hanoi were more than 1 hour delayed. They took us to a very good motorway service station
