Gili Trawangan Pier to Nusa Penida Destination Reviews

30min late but it's OK, service is nice, people are kind. a bit messy to go and leave the boat. AC is available but smells bad so they advice us to open the windows but it was really hot inside so really unconformable.

20min delay, but we arrived faster then arrival time, A/C very low, but it was good because it wasn’t sunny day

First of all the boat had a delay of 2 hours. My sister and I are seasick, so we have to sit upstairs. There was no seat left, so we sat down outside. But after a few minutes the waves were so big that we got completely wet. So we wanted to go back inside, but they didnt let us in. Thats why we had to sit outside on the side of the boat, with no seat and no protection. We were just hoping that we wouldn't fall overboard. When we arrived we were soaked and cold. It was a horror trip!

The seat are really cramped, the organization is poor and the overall condition wasn't great. Our trip was also bumpy, not them fault, but wasn't handle greatly.

Boat was quite comfortable (only 6 seats per row). Unfortunately no AC. Still, I would take it again.

Delay of 1 hour in the scheduled departure time, but made up some time during the trip. You can buy drinks on board. The air conditioning does not work properly, they have several splits distributed throughout the passenger cabin, you should wrap up warm if your seat is close to these splits as the cold air comes directly on this part of the passage. There is not much space between the seats so if you are a tall person, you will have problems with your legs, in that case better take a seat in the aisle.

The website misleads you, I selected to travel at 10:30am and supposedly each ticket was at 16usd when I paid I was charged 31€ and the tickets were for 12:30 which ended up leaving at 2pm and instead of 1:45hs (we paid a more expensive one to get there faster) it took 3 hours. I recommend taking pills for vomiting. The staff is friendly and have patience, not so the people traveling, more respect to the staff who are working and it is not their fault that the conditions are so bad. You have to complain to the company
