• The Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Kyoto cannot be used.

Redeem method:

1. Go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical tickets by scanning the QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passports.
2. Reserved seat tickets can be reserved at a green ticket-vending machine or a station ticket office
