Great service, all positive

อย่างแรก ในทางเทคนิคแล้วนี่ไม่ใช่ทริป VIP แต่เป็นชั้น 1 - ไม่รู้ว่าต่างกันอย่างไร ดูได้จากเคาน์เตอร์ว่า VIP แพงกว่าที่ฉันมี 150 บาท ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในสถานะใด รถเมล์เหล่านี้ก็ไม่สะดวกสบาย อาจดูหรูหราและที่นั่งกว้างกว่ามาตรฐาน (แถวละ 3 ที่นั่งเท่านั้น) แต่แข็งและอึดอัดมาก พวกเขาตัดเลือดออกจากขาของคุณและเป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะหาตำแหน่งที่ดีสำหรับการนอน เนื่องจากหลังไม่ได้สร้างมาเพื่อกายวิภาคของมนุษย์เท่านั้น และไม่แน่ใจว่าดีไซเนอร์คนไหนยังคิดว่าเครื่องหนังเป็นไอเดียที่ดี... ในทางกลับกัน รถบัสออกตรงเวลาและมาสายเพียง 20 นาทีตามกำหนดการ พนักงานเป็นกันเองและเป็นมืออาชีพ หากคุณจะเดินทางตอนกลางคืน ให้นำที่อุดหูและหน้ากากปิดตามาด้วย เนื่องจากพวกเขามักจะเริ่มปล่อยผู้คนออกบ่อยๆ ในช่วง 2-3 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา หมอนรองคอไปโดยไม่ได้บอก มีผ้าห่มพร้อมขวดน้ำและของว่าง 20 นาที พักครึ่ง

การซื้อตั๋วออนไลน์หมายความว่า ก) ฉันจ่ายค่าบริการพิเศษ 2 รายการ และ ข) เมื่อฉันไปเช็คอินที่เคาน์เตอร์สถานีหมอชิต ไม่มีใครรู้ว่าต้องทำอย่างไร ฉันถูกส่งไปที่โต๊ะ 8 โต๊ะ ก่อนที่จะมีคนบอกให้ฉันไปที่ชานชาลา 47 เพื่อรอรถบัส ปรากฎว่ารถบัสของฉันกำลังมาที่ชานชาลา 49 แต่โชคดีที่ผู้หญิงวัย 47 ปีสามารถช่วยฉันได้ นอกจากนี้ ที่นั่งยังออกแบบมาสำหรับคนตัวเตี้ย ดังนั้นใครก็ตามที่สูงเกิน 5 ฟุต 5 นิ้ว ก็เตรียมที่จะอึดอัดได้ตลอดเวลา โดยจะรวมแซนด์วิชไว้กับตั๋วด้วย แต่จริงๆ แล้วผมอยากให้ราคาลดลงเล็กน้อยและไม่มีอาหาร งานนี้ รถเมล์แพงกว่ารถเมล์สายทอง 150 บาท เพราะควรจะเป็นวีไอพีแต่ไม่เห็นความแตกต่างระหว่างบริการทั้ง 2 ระดับเลย (ครั้งก่อนผมเอาทอง) รถบัสควรจะถึงมุกดาหารเวลา 06.00 น. มาถึงหลัง 07.15 น. ไม่ใช่เรื่องใหญ่อะไร ยกเว้นว่าฉันต้องต่อแถวที่สถานทูตไทยให้เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ และการล่าช้าเกินหนึ่งชั่วโมงก็สร้างความแตกต่างอย่างมาก โดยที่/ถ้าใครจะได้คิว (เพราะมาจากมุกดาหาร) ยังมีกระบวนการและรถประจำทางอีกหลายอย่างที่ต้องดำเนินการก่อนที่จะถึงสถานทูตหรือปลายทางสุดท้ายในที่สุด)

ฉันชอบที่นั่งที่ใหญ่และกว้างขวาง คนขับนั้นดีมาก บริการเป็นสิ่งที่ดี

ควรจะเขียนบอกว่ารถผ่านเส้นไหนบ้างคะ????????

I'm from Savannakhet, Traveling from Moukgahan to BKK by Sahaphan VIP bus was very excellent and it's my choose choice for next time.

คนขับดีสะดวกสบายและปลอดภัยมาก พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก จะใช้อีกครั้ง

ก่อนอื่นการจองรถบัสนั้นง่ายและรวดเร็วมาก สะดวกมาก. แม้แต่ในสลิปยืนยันก็แสดงรูปภาพของหมายเลขเคาน์เตอร์ที่หาง่าย สิ่งหนึ่งที่พบคือที่ประตูรถบัสต้องเปลี่ยนใบยืนยันเป็นตั๋วรถ ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่

plenty of room in the seats,the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, so thats why i gave it 5 stars no complaints at all off me and will use them again next time i go 2 Mukdahan for sure.

Serive was good air con was very cold so today sick from bus trip

All good , unfortunately I was in front of some pain in the butt people who kept kicking the back of my seat

Seat did not lay flat as I have had in the past, food awful, driver too fast and my case was temporarily stolen by people boarding the bus to Savannaket at Mukdahan. Luckily I recognised it

Adequate. Usb chargers worked, water and snacks ok. Safe trip was had, early arrival. More expensive than Nakhon chai air, but not a better product. Bus was old.

I have always used this bus service. It was just so comfortable with all the comforts one would need. However I stepped on the bus on Wednesday night and couldn't recognize it anymore. I had no television screen and charging port for my phone. The massage chair wasn't working and the aircons were leaking. The only reason I have given two stars is because the onboard staff and service still remains top notch. Come on Sahaphan Tours please maintain your buses and keep your passengers comfy on those long trips.

Excellent service travel in comfort

Old single-decker bus. The distance between the seats is small. The driver was driving terribly, creating an emergency situation on the road. Bad VIP, bad express. Before Mukdahan picked up passengers in each village. Arrived in Mukdahan one hour late.

super easy and such a wonderful bus!!

Attendants were lovely, arrived at my destination on time, bus was pretty quiet. However, I paid for a ticket that was about 25 baht cheapter from my local bus station that ended up being much nicer with chargers at every seat. The chairs on this bus were not as comfy, no arm rest between the seats, and there were no USB plug-ins.

Trip was on time. Light snack was ok but they served warm water. Not sure why it’s called vip. Price was fair.

They told me they were overbooked ( I purchased my tix several days before and had seat assignment). They wanted me to sit in the seat next to the driver. Which I did for a moment bc I needed to get to my destination. Then I realized I paid for vip and should receive some sort of refund-discount. I spoke with the woman at the desk and she confirmed my seat. She then told the driver and then I was allowed to go to my seat. I am truly confused as to why they would not let me go to the top of the bus. When I got to my seat and we left ... there were two open seats.

Disappointing. Old bus old chairs. Airco too cold. Chairs too small. Blankets to sort. Ceiling was wet because the airco. Drups of condensatie water kept falling from the ceiling on my body at a rate of about 1 per five minutes..... disturbing my sleep.

Comfy seats and a snack provided. No problems with trip. Make sure you take a jacket but a blanket is provided. Will use this company again

The bus and the journey were excellent. But the conductor could learn at least some english words, I suggest : stop, ten minutes, where do you get off, meal... Thank you. Alena

Big seats / USB charging / nice snacks / excellent price

The VIP24 is pretty disappointing, it appeared that the VIP32 buses were much newer and from the outside did not appear much less spacious. But the only seats available via 12go are right above the toilet, so you get intermittent bus-toilet stench. Does not begin to compare with Nakhonchai Air, next time I’ll choose less space without the toilet stench.

No bad surprises, easy trip. Blankets are provided so you don't need to pack any clothing for the extensive A/C ...though not every seat has a usb-charger.

Monitor broken. Chair massage broken. Otherwise ok.

Great experience of local express bus terminal. Every staff takes care of me as I'm a (probable) unique foreign customer.

Comfortable journey, no problems. Bus wasn't new but was fine, and they provided snacks and water.

The host in the bus was a very rude young kid. The blanket smelled so bad that I wanted to vomit the entire time we were traveling. The TV wasn't working properly and the AC was turned on very high while it had need raining all night.

Clean, comfortable and such good service. Each seat has its own screen so you can enjoy the onboard entertainment. Felt like you on an international flight. Will use this bus service again.

Great. Although this time had to use earplugs, cause the man behind me snored whole night.
