เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันนั่งรถบัส Penafrancia ดีลักซ์ ส่วนใหญ่ฉันจะเดินทางด้วยรถบัสปรับอากาศธรรมดา และไม่มีทางที่ฉันจะไม่อาเจียนและเวียนหัว แต่ครั้งนี้ฉันรู้สึกปลอดภัยและหลับลึกมากจนต้องตกใจเมื่อไปถึง Grand Terminal ขอบคุณ.

Super tagal umalis sa cubao, di nasusunod sng sched.. may mga ipis ang bus and madaming stop over which is di naman masyado kelangan kasi may cr naman yung bus. Not so recommended to other travellers who are running out of time.

The men’s Washroom in Cubao terminal was so dirty, dark and gross. The trip itself was fine but the bus seats (Elite) are very uncomfortable. The reclining seat was not working while the foot rest was broken. The temperature was very cold and you need a blanket to survive the trip (too bad for me and wife cuz we didn’t have one). The driver was wearing a thick jacket so it was ok for him. Can’t understand why not just increase the temperature to make it comfortable for everyone. All in all, We were not satisfied and I do not recommend this bus.

The bus left cubao terminal at exactly 6:00pm... The driver/conductor are tactful and courteous.

The bus I took was a bus with the code ROYNAG. I am supposed to really write a letter to the management. WE left Manila at around 9 p.m. Along the way, there seems to be a problem with the AC and the bus. We stopped several times for the drivers to repair the said problem. At 5:49 a.m. the bus stopped again in Calauag Quezon and it seems that the drivers can no longer fix the problem. Stayed for 15 minutes then, one of the drivers shouted that those who will go to Naga can take the Raymond Bus (ordinary). Since I need to go to work I need to be in Naga at 8 a.m. So I along with other passengers took the Raymond Bus. We thought that since the RSL/Isarog bus was at fault the company will pay for the Raymond Bus ticket but the condcutor asked from us a Php220.00 fare. We arrived in Naga City at around 9:30 a.m. My concerns: 1. I chose to pay a higher amount for my ticket going to Naga for convenience since I have work in the morning but unfortunately, the opposite thing happened 2. I was super late for work because of what happened 3. I paid extra 220 pesos for an ordinary bus from Quezon to Naga City. It was super inconvenient I hope to hear from the management soon.

Should be at the destination by 8AM. Bus waited for hours at their Calamba terminal

The schedules and travel time indicated on the booking site are not accurate.

Comfortable and worry- less journey..

We were unnecessarily waiting on the bus at at least 1hour at the garage of Peñafrancia in Naga City without so much as an explanation why. There were so many stops where the driver wouldn’t even inform passengers if it was a meal stop-over of any sort.

The bus arrived after 3 hours vs. the stated departure time. We reached Manila after 16hrs of travel. The price we paid is not worth it. The bus is small and not that clean. The kids seated at our backs are very nosiy

Reduce and improve stop over places. And avoid pick up of passengers it causes so much delay. and also transferring of passenger to another bus. Pls improve services

Good thing I was able to book online, I didn't have to go through a long line just to get the ticket. I headed straight away to the online payment verification counter and I received the actual ticket in less than 5 minutes. Only problem was that the bus departed late, but other than that, everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Overall the trip was ok, I arrived safe and sound. The bus arrived 30min late and the boarding scheme was a bit unorganized because the bus needed to load passengers on a spot far from the booking office. We had to cross the busy street that didn't even have a pedestrian crossing to get on the bus. Bus temp got too cold during the trip. The stops had clean toilets.

Bus was almost two hours late, then the bus driver drove really risky, and the air con was too cold...

Make sure to bring your pullow and blanket when riding the bus.

Ac too cold at night time

purchase online is too expensive, better buy your ticket from the bus' ticket outlets. the difference is too big.

The toilet inside the bus is broken and the seat given to my papa, senior citizen, is not comfortable. Bad experience from RSL Bus.
