รถบัสเสีย ต้องเดินทางด้วยรถตู้...ไม่สะดวกสบายเลย ระวังด้วย...พวกเขาจะปล่อยคุณลงที่ประเทศไทย...ไม่ใช่ที่ปอยเปต...ไม่มีใครช่วยเหลือคุณที่ด่านชายแดน ต้องนั่งตุ๊กตุ๊กไปที่ชายแดน คิดราคา 80 บาท สำหรับระยะทางประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร...รับไม่ได้จริงๆ

พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและรถบัสที่สะดวกสบายพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศ การจองผ่านเว็บไซต์ 12go ทำได้ง่ายและเชื่อถือได้ ข้อเสียคือรถบัสมาถึงล่าช้า 1 ชั่วโมงและห้องน้ำบนรถบัสก็พัง

ตรงไปตรงมามาก คำแนะนำทั้งหมดชัดเจนมาก ปอยเปตฝันร้ายหลังจากเราออกจากรถบัสที่ชายแดน

ออกเดินทางช้ากว่ากำหนด 30 นาที ถึงตลาดโรงเกลือช้ากว่ากำหนด 2 ชม.

โอเคสำหรับการเดินทาง... เราเริ่มอีก 45 นาทีต่อมา... นายตรวจรถจริงจังและรอบคอบ

การบริการดีค่ะ รถมาค่อนข้างตรงเวลา แต่เสียเรื่องการซื้อตั๋วออนไลน์ไม่ระบุปลายทางลงได้ เลยต้องเสียเงินเพิ่มอีก และสภาพรถค่อนข้างเก่าไปหน่อย ไม่สามารถปรับเอนเบาะที่นั่งได้ ถ้าปรับปรุงในส่วนนี้จะดีมากๆเลยค่ะ

ประสบการณ์จริง! บนรถบัสมีแต่คนไทย (บริษัทอรัญ) ไม่มีใครพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ เราไม่แน่ใจว่าขึ้นรถบัสถูกคันหรือไม่ (มาช้าไป 30 นาที) มีป้ายจอดหลายป้ายตลอดทางไปอรัญประเทศ ผู้โดยสารขึ้นรถมาแต่ไม่มีที่นั่งว่าง รถจึงแน่นขนัด และสุดท้ายเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ทำงานไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ เป็นการเดินทางที่ลำบากมากเป็นเวลา 6 ชั่วโมง แต่เราจะจำมันไว้

รถสภาพแย่มากค่ะ ไม่มี snack และ hostage บริการอย่างที่บอกไว้ ที่สำคัณดิฉันได้ทำการจ่ายเงินเพื่อเปลี่ยนที่นั่งแต่รู้ไหมว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น บนรถไม่ได้มีคนแคร์เรื่องหมายเลขที่นั่ง ถึงแฟนของดิฉันแจ้ง พนง ขับแล้วเค้าบอกว่านั่งที่ไหนก็เหมือนกันดังนั้นไม่ผ่านค่ะ พอแล้วครั้งแรกก็โดนเลย แล้วมีฟังก์ชั่นให้เลือกว่าต้องการรับการบริการพิเศษตอนแรกลังเลใจจ่ายเพิ่ม 50 บาท แต่มารู้ตอนหลังนี่ดีใจที่ไม่ได้เลือก เพราะถึงเลือกไปก็คงไม่มีอะไรที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ขอบคุณค่ะทริปนี้ No Bus attendant no snack like are on advertised condition of bus was terrible no value to what you paid for I have paid for seat changing but once on board there was a man on our seat event we infor driver or staff in chagre on that bus. He said it is same wherever you put your butt down it's make us so upset to his action. We won't use a services which nothing change again ever!

The bus is old, in booking you can choose seat but its free seating. Too many stops, for 6 hrs only 15 mins break for toilet and snack. Bus very slow.

Great air conditioned bus, enough stops were made. Only complaint is bathroom was in really bad shape.

It would have been a 5 if they dropped us at Rong Kluea Market which was what I booked but instead, dropped us at the mini van station 1 km away from it. I saw at the station that its a temporary Air Aran terminal. But all in all, it was a nice ride. A/C strong and schedule on time.

Arrived 1.5h late...

We arrived at the Aranyaprathet safely but the bus itself was a little uncomfortable, no headrest and not enough leg room. I hope next time we get a better bus. Thank you.

Its very good

Comfortable bus, great A/C and very helpful staff on and off bus. Love that they stopped for a restroom break at a place with food and a pretty scenic place for gas. Arrived right on time. If you are going to Aranyaprathet, use Aran. Also, at the bus station, no more then 10 steps from the bus are several 350 bhat hotels that are really nice and plenty of food. Not far from bars either. Excellent trip!

Old bus & only dropped at the side of the road in a random place (ather than bus depo) but it was a safe & pleasent trip

Booked online. Arrived Mochit at 3am, got ticket printed. Good quiet ride. One stop for cigarette and toilet. Arrived Sa Kaeo on time
