Chris CVery comfortable journey. The boat was new and clean and the staff were very friendly. After the boat ride we had an ongoing journey via shuttle bus to Ubud. The transport was very quickly arranged as soon as we reported to the Wahana office in Padang Bai, but before that we were almost convinced to take another transport (at extra cost) by some people waiting at the port. So our advice is: go immediately to the Wahana office in Padang Bai (and ask the boat staff where it is) if you have ongoing transport booked.
