The driver arrived on time. The van and seats were really comfortable. The driver drove at a good speed — not too fast, but not too slow either. We stopped halfway through the journey at a place where we could either use the toilet or buy something simple to eat.

The service with 12GO was excellent; the operator's communication was also on point and very helpful. The driver picked us up late from our hotel. The drive was fine until we got into Saigon, and then it was extremely bumpy. One of the passengers suffered from motion sickness, and the route the driver took did not help at all. The poor woman got sick and the van started smelling like vomit. The smell didnt liner too long. Overall, the van and the space was perfect.

Great trip! Vie Limo kindly picked me up outside my hotel - this helped me in not having to walk 300 metres! That was so kind Limo bus was clean & very comfartable I left my mobile in the bus, informed Limo office in Ho Chi Minh City who were very helpfull. And Vie Limo driver got my phone back. Fantastic service & next year when I come back I will try to book with 12go Asia & Vie Limo

Booking with12go was easy and the journey was comfortable. But the communication and interaction with the local travel company was frustrating. The time and location booked with 12go was not honoured by the local company: they could have picked me up from my hotel, and the pickup was late. But they did not explain this in the WhatsApp messages they sent. So I ended up making my own way to the location specified in the 12go confirmation and waiting.

Nice, comfortable ride. Our ride was delayed by one hour but we did not get any compensation - a coffee or something symbolic would have been enough. We also stopped about halfway through the journey for a bathroom/snack break but nobody told us about it beforehand so it was rather confusing.

Communication with the company was very easy via WhatsApp prior to the ride. Our driver was great, and the bus was very comfortable! We shared the ride with three other couples and were the last to be dropped off. While every other couple was driven to the door of their hotel, we were dropped on the main road and had to walk to our accommodation, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, the service was good and we were happy with the experience overall.

The best van trip we’ve had so far. Roomy seats & wifi and they didn’t over pack the bus. Pick up was on time and they dropped us off at our accomodation. Very happy with the service.

Very comfortable bus and polite staff. I think there may have been some confusion because I booked a 6pm journey and I was phoned at 5.30 pm to ask me to hurry to the station. I did that and then waited until 7pm to get a ride. I speak English and I understand that causes confusion. (Is there a way you could work around this situation to provide foreign customers with even better service?)

Our guides were Win and Huongb and it was one of the best travel experiences ever for us. In 4 hours we not just tried variety of Vietnamese food that we would not have the courage to try on our own but also gained a lot of knowledge about Vietnam since both of our tour guides were opened and willing to answer all of our questions. After 4 hours it felt like hanging out with friends. We were genuinely sad when our tour ended! Both of them are extremely nice and sweet people, it was a pleasure to meet them and it will definitely be one of the highlights of our travel storytellings.

Excellent bus trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. The departure time was changed to 30 minutes earlier on the morning but they communicated this by WhatsApp with lots of notice. The minibus was spacious and clean with water and electric reclining seats with massage settings. We stopped once and were dropped off at our specific destination. We would recommend this company for this journey!

Easy to find departure office. Can sit inside and have complimentary drink/ snacks. Left on time and was comfortable. Free water provided. Dropped off at my hotel. Was sat in front by driver due to late booking so didn't have the full recliner experience otherwisewould be 5 *
