Semuanya berjalan lancar, kakitangan yang baik dan bas yang selesa. Agak teragak-agak kerana ulasan sebelum ini jadi kami mengambil masa untuk kembali cepat ke bas - tetapi kakitangan juga mengira untuk memastikan semua orang berada di sana...

Perjalanan yang sangat selamat. Dapat tidur dengan selesa. Pemandu pelancong sangat membantu dalam imigresen.

Bas yang selesa. Tempat duduk seperti dalam kapal terbang dalam kelas perniagaan, penghawa dingin. Selepas 3 jam perjalanan, berhenti selama setengah jam, anda boleh makan dan minum kopi. Selepas melepasi sempadan dengan Singapura, pemandu dan bas menunggu semua orang yang mempunyai masalah dalam kawalan pasport, dan pergi ke Golden Mile Tower

Bas-bas sangat selesa, malah orang yang tinggi (1.86m) pun mempunyai ruang yang luas. Perjalanannya menyenangkan, tetapi kami juga mengelakkan waktu puncak. 5 jam dari Singapura ke Kuala Lumpur adalah masa perjalanan yang sebenar. Selain itu, terdapat waktu rehat dan lintasan sempadan, yang anda tidak dapat kawal. Singapura: Berlepas dari City Plaza. Ia bukanlah stesen bas yang besar dan betul; anda mungkin pada mulanya fikir anda berada di tempat yang salah. Tetapi di belakang Plaza dan bertentangan dengan perhentian bas... itulah tempat yang betul. Kuala Lumpur: TBS (Stesen Bas Pelancong) sangat besar; anda boleh mengambil tiket yang ditempah dalam talian di kaunter A. Adalah lebih baik untuk mempunyai bukan sahaja nombor tempahan tetapi juga nama sebenar syarikat bas yang anda naiki.

Ia adalah baik dan bersih. Sampai separuh jalan tayar pancit dan bas yang dipindahkan tu sangat subpar dengan bas awal. Ia berbau busuk dan lama tetapi konduktor bas itu membantu kami dengan bagasi kami. Saya harap lain kali mereka menyemak dahulu sebelum keluar kerana ia meninggalkan 5 minit sebelum jadual waktu berlepas.

Kakitangan yang mesra, tempat duduk yang selesa, dan perjalanan yang hebat. Semuanya berjalan lancar. Saya akan mengembara dengan cara ini sekali lagi.

Perjalanan yang sangat mudah, bas bersih dan selesa. Mereka berhenti sekali untuk snak dan rehat bilik mandi dan selebihnya telah selesai. Semua dalam semua perjalanan yang bagus.

Perjalanan yang lebih baik daripada yang kami jangkakan! Agak sukar untuk mencari tempat untuk bertemu bas, tetapi perjalanannya sangat selesa, dan pengendali mengendalikan situasi yang sukar dengan baik.

The review by Jenelle below says it all. The bus arrived a few hours late, however the price and comfort of the journey were fantastic.

Only 4* because we did not leave on time. Left 20minutes late and arrived KL 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival. However the bus itself is so comfortable! Seats recline far back and legs can be slightly elevated. Plenty of leg room! Note if you are taking the bus, the immigration might make your journey longer. Departure from SG was a breeze using biometric passports however this is not the case when entering Malaysia. The queues are absolute CHAOS! people tired, hot, sticky and pushing in the line so took us a good hour just to get through. But for the price we paid this is not bad at all!

It was a clean, comfortable bus, very quick too. My only complaint is that the pickup in Berjaya Times Square is not as written (at the main entrance near Starbucks), but at street level where you can find a sign with a bus pictogram and a couple bus counters. Had we been standing where advertised we probably would have missed it, though it was on time. Would take it again!

Pleasant trip, we arrived at the right time. there were 2 drivers, both were good.

The bus ride took about 6.5 hours, but it was smooth. We had to stop for Singaporean customs then Malaysian customs then again for a food stop . The ride was VERY COMFORTABLE.

Comfortable seats, but awful communication and incredibly rude staff

Bus left on time. Bus was clean and seats were comfortable with ample legroom. Border crossing was the smoothest business. Drivers weren't at all friendly, but ladies at the check in counter were pleasant enough. Research you passport visa requirements because Transtar staff aren't always clued up on which nationalities don't require a visa to enter Malaysia (i.e. Zimbabwe), so they freaked us out by saying we'd get stuck at the border. A quick call to our home embassy settled matters. Bus arrived in KL ahead of schedule and made a convenient stop round the corner from our hotel in Bintang Bukit. Would definitely use this bus service again, but leave on a morning bus so as to see the countryside.

Bus was on time, trip was uninterrupted. First stop is Berjaya Times Square, which is so beneficial for travellers, who don't need any transportation means to get there, if they stay nearby. But, you should have served couple of complimentary things, such as water, small snacks, which makes your service better. Thank you for your cooperation.

Bus wasn't in the pick up place on time, was late by 20 minutes & it's only 7am & no traffic jam Have to give several calls to the office to checked. Also no sign waiting location for the bus

Good trip overall. Capable drivers, good value for money. Only suggestions would be a toilet on board and also Wi-Fi for passengers to use. Would use the service again, maybe first class coach next time.

All very good, but the driver smoke on the trip!

Bus was on time and clean. Seat was very spacious with ample leg space. Every seat had its own entertainment unit with a rather large selection of new movies. We were offered a meal, hot drinks and a bottle of water. All members of staff were friendly and took good care of us during the whole trip and through the immigration procedures.

Bus was 2.5 hours late. We went to One Utama, but a van brought us to another place in KL - because the bus did not stop at One Utama.... TV in the bus did not work. Seats were comfortable, but not every wirket. Meal and service were good, ride also.

Ended up booking another service with Transtar Travel.

Bit difficult to find the exact spot from which the bus leaves and the counter wasn;'t open for the early bus but the bus itself was very comfortable, nice entertainment system and friendly staff.
