Kelebihan Mengembara dengan Bas
- Kebiasaannya, bas merangkumi rangkaian destinasi yang paling meluas. Bas-bas tersebut menuju ke destinasi yang tidak boleh anda tuju dengan kapal terbang atau kereta api.
- Perjalanan dengan bas adalah mudah. Anda tidak perlu tiba di terminal bas lebih awal dan biasanya pendaftaran masuk merupakan formaliti yang sangat pantas berbanding dengan penerbangan
- Tiket bas sangat berpatutan. Ya, terdapat pilihan kelas pertama atau VIP yang mahal. Tetapi, jika bajet anda terhad, bas ialah jenis pengangkutan pertama yang perlu anda pertimbangkan
- Pada masa yang sama, terdapat kelas perkhidmatan yang berbeza untuk memenuhi sebarang bajet. Jika anda inginkan tahap keselesaan yang lebih tinggi, bas juga dapat menyediakannya kepada anda.
Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Bas
- Terminal bas antara bandar mungkin terletak di luar pusat bandar, di pinggir bandar. Hal ini bermakna anda perlu mengira kos masa dan wang tambahan untuk tiba di sana. Jackie GI did not receive my tickets via email, despite 12go stating that they had dispatched them, and did not realise that I would have to install the app in order to access them.
The bus company would not accept my booking reference without the tickets and I had to buy the only two remaining seats on the bus, which were the seats I had already paid.
The bus had to leave so during the journey I contacted 12go, told them what happened and asked for a refund. I was told they were non-refundable tickets and it was then that they told me to install the app. Very disappointed!

Barry KDriver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.

Ruth JI ordered my seat 2 days ahead. Needed to text the night before travel due to no confirmation yet. When they did respond my bus was already full and I had to choose and alternate. I am certain that that something was missed in my initial request . I not sure I would have even been contacted if I didn’t pursue the problem. I paid , but there were no tickets issued

Erika AThe bus was clean and comfortable, and it was an express route so the only stop the driver made during the 3 hour drive was a 20 minute break about an hour into the drive. The pdf ticket was incorrect. A piece of luggage was not included in the cost of the ticket and we were required to pay 6 mad per piece of luggage at the station.

Debby HOn time. Comfy enough. No one said I had to buy a ticket for my small suitcase but the driver explained. Overhead shelf not big enough for my 2nd bag but got it partly under the seat. Large lady sat next to me with her elbow in my side the whole way. Nice 20 minute stop off for loo, cafe, leg stretch. For the price was ok.

We also asked could we come back to Marrakech on the earlier bus and the lady in Essaurioa was rude and said it was full on the 2pm.so we had to go ait to 330pm. But the 330pm wasn't even full.
