Perjalanan yang sangat selesa walaupun jauh dan betapa tidak selesanya bas itu. Anda mempunyai banyak ruang untuk diregangkan, tempat duduk bersandar hampir 180°, dan perhatian pramugari sangat mengagumkan.

Tempat duduk dan kemudahan sangat baik! Malangnya mereka tidak mempunyai pengecas usb untuk peranti elektronik. Tuan rumah sangat baik dan profesional.

Bas tepat pada masanya. Tuan rumah yang menyenangkan tetapi Inggeris bla bla. Keselesaan purata. Penghawa dingin dengan sempurna. Tetapi secara amnya memuaskan

Puas hati dengan perjalanan. Jarak antara tempat duduk adalah satu setengah meter, tempat duduk bersandar hampir mendatar. Ada selimut dan bantal, tidur pun agak selesa, macam naik bas. Sebagai tambahan kepada makanan di perhentian (kantin dengan makanan Thai, lazat), mereka memberikan, sebagai contoh, mufin, bar coklat, jus, air, dan mereka juga menyajikan teh dan kopi. Maksudnya, makanan pun tak ada masalah. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya ada soalan ialah saya perlu menukar tiket dari surat itu sebelum menaiki pesawat. Nasib baik, kami menemui seorang lelaki yang membawa kami "dengan tangan" ke tempat pembayaran. Tiada sesiapa yang bercakap bahasa Inggeris di stesen atau di dalam bas, tetapi biasanya anda boleh mengikuti orang ramai dengan selamat dan melakukan apa yang mereka lakukan.

Bas dan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa, sangat disyorkan! Ini adalah bas malam duduk terbaik yang pernah saya miliki (dan saya mempunyai banyak!). Bas itu sangat menepati masa dan saya lewat... Hanya 5 minit, tetapi bas sudah tiada. Gadis-gadis di kaunter adalah cemerlang: mereka memanggil bas dan memasukkan saya ke dalam teksi untuk bertemu bas di tempat lain! Sebaik sahaja perjalanan bermula, saya kagum dengan kualiti tempat duduk, yang anda boleh letakkan hampir mendatar, bantal yang hebat dan selimut. Ia adalah bas yang direka sepenuhnya untuk perjalanan malam, sangat selesa! Kami mempunyai skrin individu (hanya filem Thai tetapi hei, sangat bergaya!) Dan makanan ringan di atas kapal dihidangkan oleh pelayan wanita yang mesra. Terima kasih banyak untuk perjalanan yang hebat!

Tepati masa. Sangat selesa, tempat duduk malah mempunyai fungsi urut. Pramugari itu sangat mesra. Mereka memberi anda kopi, teh dan makanan ringan. Perjalanan lebih baik daripada penerbangan. Disyorkan!

Bas ini sangat selesa, saya tidak memberikannya 5 bintang kerana ia banyak bergerak tetapi sebaliknya hebat

Perjalanan yang jauh, satu jam tertunda ketibaan. Tempat duduk yang baik dan makanan ringan yang baik. Perkhidmatan adalah baik, tiada berbahasa Inggeris dan tiada wifi :(

Perkara yang baik: Tempat duduk adalah luas dan makanan ringan dihidangkan terlebih dahulu. Lewat malam, saya diberi makan percuma di sebuah restoran menggunakan stub tiket saya. Perkara buruk: Ia dari Terminal Bas Mo Chit, tetapi terminal bas itu sangat besar sehingga sukar untuk mencari platform, jadi saya syorkan untuk sampai ke sana lebih awal. Jika anda tidak faham bahasa Thai, kebanyakan arah adalah dalam bahasa Thai . Ia bergantung pada nasib anda sama ada anda mendapat konduktor pelancongan yang boleh berbahasa Inggeris. Makanan disediakan pada jam 12 tengah malam. Alangkah baiknya jika ada outlet dan Wi-Fi.

Bas yang sangat selesa dan tambahan tambahan untuk makanan yang disediakan semasa perjalanan. Walau bagaimanapun, mencari bas di stesen adalah sukar - anda harus mengira banyak masa untuk sampai ke stesen pada mulanya dan kemudian beberapa mimute tambahan untuk mengetahui di mana bas anda. Jika tidak, hebat.

Excellent-very comfortable reclining seats with pillow and blanket. Arrived before scheduled.

Bus ride was comfortable with air-con at the right temperature so the blanket they provided was enough. Arrived Chiang Rai at around 7am just as scheduled. Only reminder which was not mentioned in previous reviews - after printing the ticket out, arrive at Mo Chit bus terminal earlier to find Siam First’s counters at 10-12 to exchange for the actual ticket to be able to know the right bus terminal and get the dinner ticket.

Smooth trip in a clean and very well air conditioned bus. Blanket and pillow provided and also drinks and snacks! Highly recommend.

Was good

Pros: extremely comfortable seats that recline all the way back, loads of leg room, proper blankets, pillow and head rest, snacks and drinks provided, arrived at our destination before the scheduled arrival date, movies on individual TV screens. Cons: none! Would recommend to anyone backpacking Asia.

Excellent and very cooperative staff at the bus station office

Stewardess didn t speak any English. Bus was punctual, snack was good. Seats a little bit uncomfortable but pillow and blanket provided.

Excellent bus service.....only downside is a bit difficult to access or find bus at the station. Easy if you are Thai. Fantastic seating on the bus.....makes you want to sleep...

It is the best travel so far from Bangkok up North to the border of Thai and Laos. The 13 hours bus journey was long but didn’t mind since it’s at night. The stewardess was very attentive and accomodating to all passengers. Smooth ride and driver is very professional. An amazing staff you got there. Thanks and hope to ride again soon.

Slightly hard to find the bus stop, so give yourself some time. But the ride was great. Lots of snacks, blankets, pillow, and a smooth ride. I really enjoyed it. Except I accidentally left my glasses on the bus (my own fault). They did get there an hour before they said, but it was fine.

I slept the whole time! Loved the back massaging seats and appreciated the opportunity to stop half way and get up to stretch/use a proper toilet.

Highly recommended Bus depart on time, good service. snack, coffee and tea are served on bus. Around midnight they stopped and you have a meal 20mins (included in ticket). The best is comfortable seat and always smile of service woman

My husband's seat would not recline. Driver was all over the road. Bathroom reeked of urine for majority of the trip and the smell eventually crept upstairs to second deck. Bus was EXTREMELY cold. Stewardess was helpful.

Keep your ticket, at midnight you will stop and get free food with. The driver was not driving too fast. It wasn't too cold in the bus. No announcement in English. Counter outside 10 to 12 for the ticket. And 28 to 30 for the platform. You CAN'T charge your phone or connect to the wifi. The chairs were not large but still comfy with massages.

Incredible bus, incredible staff! The bus seats were nicely spaced out, the chairs reclined and even the foot rest raised for you, on top of that there was a built in massager into the chair! It felt so luxurious for such a low price, by far the best bus we’ve been on throughout our travels. On top of that the lady serving us was amazing, she brought hot tea, coffee, cake, wafers, juice and water. Would 100% recommend. The only negative you’ll find is that around 24:20 they stop off at a service station for the driver to eat but they put all of the lights on throughout the bus making you wake up which was frustrating when you’re woken at 530 as you’re nearing the station. Other than that, perfect!

Only negative is no way to charge your phone on the 13 hour trip.

everything was ok except when the steward had to wake us up from sleep during stopover. Probably ask the guest in advance if they want the steward to wake them up in stopover prior to departure.

Comfy bus, and food was nice. Would be nice if there was an English announcement as well as a Thai one. Not sure why we stopped at 12am, would have been nice to sleep through the whole night
