Bas itu bagus dan besar dan terdapat banyak ruang. Malangnya kami tidak dapat menghidupkan pengudaraan kami, jadi kami kesejukan sepanjang masa. Selain itu, pemandu bas itu terus berehat, tetapi hanya untuk dirinya sendiri.Dia membiarkan pintu tertutup untuk semua orang.

Terdapat hanya 1 tandas berhenti untuk memandu selama 6 jam, yang pastinya tidak mencukupi. Pemandunya sangat tidak ramah dan tidak membantu.

Baiklah. Tidak diarahkan atau diberitahu apa yang sedang berlaku, digunakan untuk itu sekarang tetapi akan menakutkan bagi pengembara kali pertama. Stesen bas adalah mudah untuk pergi dan mempunyai penggunaan pencetak secara percuma. Anda perlu naik dan turun bas di sempadan, tetapi ia cepat dan mudah, walaupun pemandu bas tidak memberitahu di mana dia akan pergi sehingga terpaksa mencarinya. Bas bagus dan luas dengan penghawa dingin yang baik tetapi agak gelap. Perjalanan yang sangat baik

hebat tempahan perkhidmatan mudah dengan 12go terima kasih :) 4 bintang bukan 5 kerana atas sebab tertentu bas berhenti berhampiran JB dan kami terpaksa turun mengambil bagasi kami dan menaiki bas lain untuk jam terakhir perjalanan. semuanya baik walaupun. dan tempat yang kami berhenti untuk makan tengah hari adalah benar-benar lazat dengan setengah dozen pilihan restoran untuk 8R

Good things first. We had a comfortable trip in comfortable seats. The drivers were both good careful drivers, who knew where they were going. We had one comfort stop. Sadly bad bits:- We checked in 30 mins before and was told our bus for 10:30 was in lane 8. We then stood by the bus until 10:45 with other travellers waiting for a driver. The drivers arrived, did not check anyone's tickets and just sat down and chatted together. At 11:00 the man from the ticket office had words with the drivers and they started the bus. We put our cases on and sat in our allocated seats and one of the drivers then drove the bus off....Without confirming tickets or which bus etc. At the comfort stop we were told 20 mins only. Everyone was back except the drivers who were eating and chatting. The driver got on and started the bus and had to get it moving and honked for the second driver to join us. This was 35 mins after we arrived. Arriving in KL the bus went to one terminal before KL sentral. Driver pulled up and didn't say anything. Some got off but most of us didn't know if we should get off or not. After 5 mins the driver got on again and we drove off. It was an odd journey which got us into KL 1.5 hours later than intended....at the start of the rush hour!

The driver left around half an hour late for no other apparent reason than chatting to his friend. The actual trip was good, with 2 short toilet stops where one could also buy food. We were dropped off at KL SENTRAL where it was easy to catch a cab. Would definitely use this service again as it leaves from a convenient location on the island.

Trip was comfortable. Good driving, nice aircon and generally straitforward trip. However there are no seat belts or wif. The area south of Ipoh was very scenic. Its impossible to know how late these long trips are. Traffic, road works etc all slow things down.

Initially we were happy with the legroom, until the (selfish) people in front reclined to what felt like a horizontal position. We could barely move our legs after this and felt trapped for far too long. One of our seatbelts was missing. There was no power from the sockets and no WiFi. Added to this someone smoked 3 times!!! The driver gave no information about stops. Thankfully another passenger let us know that we weren't actually at our stop when we assumed we were. Our trip time doubled due to an accident. Not the fault of the company, but the driver seemed almost angry towards the end. We even had a very near miss with a delivery chap on a scooter. We were relieved to get off.

Description didn't indicate that it would start with a shuttle van that left the office at 9:45 not the scheduled 10:00 am (no problem for us as we were there at 9:25) and then the 10:30 am departure with the big coach from the main south depot didn't happen until 10:50. Bus was fine but there were no seat belts.

The bus smelled a bit smokey but all in all a very good trip. The driver was a good driver. The only thing that could be improved on would be an announcement at the different stops we made for the length of time we were stopping for.

We had the morning trip from Prangin Mall - KL sentral. The location is quite centre - so it’s convinience. It’s only delay for 15 mins; and we arrived in KL as the expected schedule.

I’m not satisfied. The bus left the station 35 minutes late, instead of 11:30 at 12:05). At 12:03 a passenger got on apologizing. Why do companies make us 1/2 hour in advance to have sitting on a bus for 35 minutes? At 12:13, it stopped at gas station, without giving explanations. Finally, we left the gas station at 12:18. No words spoken. The AC outlet above my head is simply a hole which I filled with a wrapped up nylon bag. The back of my seat only leans, no straight position. I took the first one intending to take some pictures, not expecting the window to be cracked spider web style. Shouldn’t the condition of the bus be checked before departure? The driver was discourteous, or maybe his English was poor. I couldn’t Get an answer from him. I didn’t like his driving either, most of the time with one hand only and 4 time’s the other on the phone. He drove in flip flops which might be normal here but doesn’t seem safe when driving a big bus

When I passed immigration in Singapore l, the bus had already left without 3 of us had trouble finding a bus and when we did we had to wait an hour before it left, the travel time said 5 hours and it took us just over 8 hours

Salimos media hora tarde y llegamos dos horas más tarde. El conductor hacía paradas raras, no se sabe si eran reglamentarias o no. Había mucho tráfico al llegar a Penang y hubo mal tiempo. Debido a esto llegamos casi dos horas más tarde. El recorrido que hace es raro, entra primero en la isla de Penang y para en una estación de buses en la parte sureste para después continuar hasta Butterworth, saliendo de nuevo de la isla hacia el lado opuesto por el segundo puente. El autobús esta bien, tiene asientos cómodos y amplios, aunque la gente se sienta donde le da la gana. Los asientos tienen roto el respaldo haciendose imposible ponerlo en posición normal en algunos casos. Para una vez para el baño y comer. En general 5/10

A most pleasant journey. We arrived in Singapore late, but that was due to the queue at Singapore immigration. My only negative was that after we left the bus at Malaysian emigration, the driver left us in the dark, as it were, as to what would happen next and where he would pick us up. The underground bus area is chaotic, with people milling around and endless buses. If we were told what approximate bay he would pick us up at, it would help. But a suggestion, not a complaint.

The bus didn't wait us after immigrantion control. We didn't have sing. dollars and "money changer " didn't work (it opened after 2 hours). And we can't pay for the bus

Terrible trip, we arrived at 4:30 am instead of midnight. This was due to traffic jams and customs queuing also because the driver was slow driving, he was more interested in his stupid mobile phone than anything else. I'll never get on Seasons Bus again.

The bus was 1 hour late leaving. Our rest stop was meant to be for 20mins and it ended up being just under an hour. Our trip was supposed to take 4 hours so that we arrived at 9:30pm, we actually arrived at midnight. We were taken straight to the bus station over the bridge because we missed the ferry. It cost us 45RM to get a taxi to our hostel which was luckily open! We did get there so that's a plus I guess. Will probably get the train back to KL and not the bus.

Easy enough to find. The bus left a little late passed it 2345h schedule but other than that it was a comfortable ride. The driver was friendly and helpful despite the language barrier which, for me, is not an issue since I don't expect everyone to speak English when I travel abroad. The chairs were far more comfortable than the ones you get on an economy flight.

My first time taking long haul coach to Northen. Bought my ticket online and reaching TBS only printed out the boarding pass. To me it is efficient and advanced!

We had to change the bus. Seem like the first one was brouen it was very shaky when the driver tried to go faster. After that was everything ok. Anyway some people was still travelling to closest places I guess because they stayed on the bus
