Tempat duduk yang tidak selesa. Saya menempah untuk harga perdana tetapi nampaknya bas de.luxe telah diberikan

ang tagal ng perjalanan nmin pauwi. from baguio to manila.. 11:20 am to 8:30pm...grrr grrr...bkit perlu dumaan pa sa naia3?? lumayo pa lalo un perjalanan namin.. dekat na we sa dropping point sa pasay dinaan pas sa naia 3. can said nyon daaan pa ng naia para sa other bus nalng ako ng pabook..????

Pertama sekali, bas itu kelihatan bagus dan kemas cuma kami berharap lain kali mereka mencari cara untuk menggunakan kurang plastik dan memilih sesuatu yang "sifar-sisa" kemudian mempunyai pelbagai makanan ringan untuk ditawarkan. Tambah bantal juga. Juga, saya tertanya-tanya mengapa saya perlu membayar 910php dalam talian sedangkan jumlah yang diunjurkan pada resit saya hanyalah 740php? Apa-apa pun, saya harap ini akan mendapat pengiktirafan demi penambahbaikan lagi perkhidmatan anda. Terima kasih! :) Ps - tambah lagi hiburan. Dan lebih banyak filem pada ipad. Yang betul-betul bagus! Atau karaoke LOL.

Sila beri kami pilihan untuk menempah tempat duduk. Kami juga tidak menghargai bagaimana tiket digital masih perlu dicetak. Bintang tinggi untuk tempat duduk yang selesa, makanan ringan dan selimut percuma! Tambah wifi percuma!

Tolak: Terminal Cubao ialah tempat bising busuk yang mengerikan dan benar-benar memerlukan peningkatan. Bersihkan petak bagasi sekali-sekala - beg saya kotor selepas perjalanan. Juga bagus untuk mempunyai satu atau dua perkhidmatan pada waktu siang, jadi saya tidak perlu bangun di tengah malam. Apa gunanya tiba di Baler pada awal pagi jika anda tidak boleh mendaftar masuk di mana-mana sehingga tengah hari? Ok, ia akan mengambil masa yang lama untuk keluar dari Manila tetapi sekurang-kurangnya orang tidak akan tiba dengan perasaan seperti mati... Tambahan: Bas dalam keadaan baik, selesa dan penghawa dingin adalah hebat. Tiada filem yang mengerikan, volum maksimum, hanya muzik yang tenang - terima kasih! Pemandu kelihatan berhati-hati. Dan, secara ajaib, perjalanan itu mengambil masa KURANG daripada yang diiklankan! Keseluruhan yang bagus saya rasa :)

Saya menikmati perjalanan itu. Bas itu sangat bersih. Bilik selesa sangat bersih. Beberapa perkara seperti dulang makanan, sandaran kaki rosak. Secara keseluruhan, RIDE/TRIP HEBAT!!!

“TIADA CETAKAN TIADA BAUCAR” - hello!!! 2018 na po tayo. Email sahaja dan imbasan imbasan. Itatapon nyo rin naman yung papel after dibawa? Tapos mapanghi yung Bus sa bandang belakang. Nampaknya hindi muna nilinis bago meninggalkan statueo ng baguio.

Ruang itu terlalu padat, tidak selesa untuk keseluruhan perjalanan. Sokongan untuk kaki dan kaki tidak berfungsi pada masa itu. Tetapi saya tahu anda masih boleh memperbaiki perkara ini. Terima kasih!

A very pleasant and hassle free journey. We extended our journey to NAIA T3 and the person at the booking office was very helpful. The snack and water given by the very pleasant drivers assistant was a very nice touch and totally unexpected. Customer service at its best. I would certainly recommend your service. First class. Thankyou.

the bus was just like any other ordinary aircon bus..only difference is that it has no stop over..

Seat tablet not working well. Can watch a movie.

Earphones should be provided

Bus was clean and comfortable, driver and bus stewardess were kind and accommodating. Did not like how the bus stopped by the side of EDSA Cubao instead of parking inside a terminal.

The cr stinks. The bottle holder is broken. The driver and the girl staff are nice.

Bus was clean and comfy, left Cubao on time. Twas a great ride.

Left the terminal 30 mins. late from the original sched but trip was fast. Arrived Baguio within 4 hours. Restroom inside bus has a foul odor. Bus stewardess was also coughing hard the entire trip (without ever covering her mouth) and it was very unhygienic and uncomfortable for the riders.

Good Transport. Arrived earlier than sceduled in Baguio which I like very much. Only thing needs improvement is the waiting area for passengers need safer and more relaxing.

Nice

The bus left 30 minutes after scheduled departure. Then had to stop at the other station. It was stinky the whole time smells like sewer. Then it broke down. Something with the air pressure. We lost an hour and a half because of that. The lady attendant was coughing hard the whole time. Then when we got to Baguio, the driver just dropped us on the side of the road outside the terminal. So it was a chaos trying to get all our luggage and fighting the crowd that's walking on the sidewalk. It was a mess.

Toilet has no sink and tissue. Also,water containers to flush the toilet are empty. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, driving was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks

Please take care of my forgotten pillow in this bus. I will take it on 29.12.18 going back to cubao.

Seats were already assigned and the staff was very accomodating

Travel was great because it was fast. I find it really a hassle though that I have to PRINT the ticket. Printer is not that accessible nowadays which is why etickets with QR codes should be enough.

Just 4. No wifi, no options to choice seats.

Terminal is not exclusive and dirty. There were many flies inside the genesis airconditioned room. The girl attendant of the bus had cough and was not using a mask. She can contaminate the whole bus with her virus. No blanket was given. The bus was suppose to leave by 11:00am, we left 11:20am.

Easy and fast

I had great trip.

I can't comfortably sleep during the travel. My seat 5c/7c reclining adjustment is broken, i can't lay down properly because it gets back to sit position. Please fix, tnx.

It was a fast but very safe trip. Only setback is the blankets were noy available. But we brought our own so it was not really a problem. Good job, still Joy Bus!

Good: easy booking Bad: more expensive since they charge in Thai Baht. still have to print the confirmation email.

The travel is smooth and comfortable. I recommend though the Premiere Joy bus than the Executive one with just a twenty peso difference.

The bus is so modern. The rest room is clean. Refunding back the senior citizen discounts of my parents were so quick and easy.

We arrived in Baguio an hour earlier than the expected arrival time. The only issue I experienced was that we had a hard time reclining our seats. Overall, we had a great trip.

No blanket available.

Bus was nice. But there was a beeping sound throughout the trip that was not addressed. Also, the conductor kept playing videos on his phone throughout at loud volume.Very distracting.
