Only problem with an air conditioned coach is when the air conditioner does not cool the coach, it kept it at a sustained warm level not a chill level

The bus was on time, it was very confortable (we had a blanket and bottle of water). It was a little bit confusing because we had to change véhicule midway and no one could explain to us in English but that’s not their fault. Would recommand.

Fantastic journey. Punctual, safe and staff were very helpful. I’ve been travelling this journey for years. You can see how safety has improved over the years. You also get complimentary McDonald’s breakfast. Great experience.

Wow exceptional service, even got a free mcdonalds mcfish, driver wasn't drunk or on meth, he drove professionally, seats were good and the suspension was good, fully USB so I arrived with full charge on my kit.

Left at 7pm, arrived at 6.30am the next day. It is a sleeper bus but the operator kept on making me put my seat upright because there was someone behind me so I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep. There were so many stops and it took forever. We were supposed to arrive not after 5am.

Was a super great trip from Nakhon Ratchasima to Bangkok. Easy to understand the bus terminal, where to go, I exchanged my ticket without any problem. They had a "lounge" that was slightly air conditioned. Bus was comfortable (especially that they had 2 +1 seating) and we even got free water and a mcdonalds burger halfway. I didn't try the toilet, but I believe there was a toilet on board. Would definitely book this company again!

It was a much better experience on the bus Korat to Bangkok, compared to the railway train. Surprised that there was a McDonalds burger given halfway through the trip. There was a small toilet on board as well

I was told to come back at 7:30pm from 6pm as it was running late, no problem it happens, however I returned at 7pm (30 mins early) to a woman shouting telling me I’m late, also we were meant to get a meal and I was starving we got it ten mins before the end drop off after 8 hours which was meant to be a 5 hour trip.

Bus was comfortable and we'll air conditioning. There was a phone charger right at my seat which kept my phone charged all throughout a 5 hour bus ride. The drivers were very friendly and most importantly, they drove very safely and carefully.

The bus is overheat in between Nakhonratchasima and need about an hour to switch a bus. which is waste a lot of time in the night. Accident might be happen but the driver not tell anything until I was asking what happen? How much time we wait? etc. Kind of annoying!

Overall pretty good and you can exchange digital ticket to a physical one right by the bus so you can just go to the platform. Water dripping from aircon. Road wasn’t bumpy

I had seat 1A There was no space for stretching the feet. Very tight, while other seats have much more space. That wasn't good

Overall experience was good. The coach was good, comfortable and very clean. The Cherdchai staff in the terminal at Korat were absolutely amazing and looked after us making sure we got the correct bus to Khon Kaen. Would 100% recommend this bus service.

The staff's service at the busses and the buses themselves and the driving style were super! 5 points. But we got troubles in the beginning because the boarding point was not the same like in the description. The lady at the counter had never seen a 12goAsia voucher. Luckily the people were very helpful and we had a Thai speaking woman as translator...

It was very quick journey, just above 4 hours, but it was very hot in the bus, weak AC. Not super comfortable chairs either, but not very bad, a bit too little leg space (I am 182cm)

The bus upper deck smelled bad, because of the onboard toilet... It was very unpleasant. My suitcase was damaged, due to being put beside a hot engine part, the plastic was melted in places. I was angry about this. The bus was advertised to be the fastest option, it wasn't any faster than the other buses. False advertising. I use another tour company in the future.

Even though I was late because I was waiting in the wrong place, the operator called me in the phone. That's great. But the waiting place was different to what it was last time. That's unacceptable. A position on a map image on the e-ticket is not good enough. There needs to be an explicit description of it. For example, opposite Tesco Lotus, in big bold letters.
