Spencer WTidak sempat memilih tempat duduk dan tersekat di katil bertingkat paling bawah di baris terakhir. Semua tempat duduk lain berfungsi dengan baik tetapi jika anda tersekat di 2 tempat duduk terakhir ini, ia akan menjadi sangat menyedihkan. Setiap tempat duduk/katil lain sebenarnya boleh direbahkan rata untuk menjadikannya katil tetapi dua tempat duduk terakhir ini lebih kecil daripada tempat duduk lain dan juga tidak boleh direbahkan rata. Anda akan tersekat dalam posisi yang tidak selesa untuk perjalanan yang panjang selama 5 jam lebih.

Daniel BMalangnya, masalah utama perjalanan bas dari Sa Pa ke Ha Giang ini adalah kakitangannya. Walaupun waktu berlepas pukul 11 pagi adalah mudah dan bas itu sendiri bersih dan selesa, sukar untuk berehat apabila kru agak bising. Pembantu pemandu kadangkala menonton video TikTok, menjawab panggilan telefon, dan berbual dengan pemandu dengan cara yang terasa lebih bising daripada yang sepatutnya. Dalam bas tidur, sepatutnya jelas bahawa penumpang mencari ketenangan (walaupun rakan saya juga pada waktu siang, tetapi tetap). Malangnya, ini hampir sama dengan mana-mana syarikat bas lain di Vietnam. Selain itu, bas itu dilengkapi dengan baik, dan terdapat juga port USB-C, walaupun ia tidak mengecas MacBook Air saya (30W), jadi mungkin ia bukan Penghantaran Kuasa sebenar. Walaupun terdapat sedikit kesesakan, kami tiba tepat pada waktunya, dan mereka menurunkan kami terus di hostel kami di Ha Giang, yang merupakan sentuhan yang bagus. Namun, untuk syarikat berasaskan perkhidmatan, kurangnya pertimbangan terhadap pengalaman penumpang hanyalah purata Vietnam. Kemas kini: Mereka menghubungi saya dan memohon maaf atas kesulitan kakitangan yang lebih bising. Saya menaiki bas lagi dari Ha Giang ke Hanoi bersama mereka beberapa hari selepas itu dan perjalanan bas sangat menyeronokkan, tiada kakitangan yang bising. Jadi saya berharap mereka dapat menyampaikan perkara ini dengan lebih baik dengan kakitangan mereka, dengan syarat asasnya ialah mereka setenang mungkin semasa perjalanan bas.

Amber VIt was pretty good. Except when we arrived at ha giang, they put us in a smaller bus and didn’t tell what we where going to do… so we drove 1 hour around to drop everybody off at there stay. Meanwhile our stay was the closet to the bus stop. They couldn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate

Marine BWe booked our trip from sapa to hai giang and we didn’t had the best journey at all. Employees are rude. We booked for a departure at 11am, the company asked us to be here a 10:20. They wanted to leave super early, stressing us out and speeding you into the bus. We left at 10:40. We stopped no more than 20 min later, the staff went out and bought fruits at the market for another 20min… We ended up arriving at a another bus station and they transferred us to a minibus that dropped us at the right arrival destination 1h later.
The only good point is that the WiFi is working well and you have assistance on WhatsApp.

Aubane BI have health problems and I can't hold back for more than 2/3 hours. I warned the driver before getting on the bus, he said no problem. I had to ask 2 times to stop because it was more than 2/3 hours and the driver was annoyed and didn't want to. He finally accepted after several insistent requests. This is not normal.

Carolane CThe company was very accommodating in picking us up directly from our hotel, and the bus staff were very friendly. However, it was a brand new bus; my seat hadn't been cleaned by the previous passenger, their blanket was still a mess, along with their food scraps. Furthermore, for a new bus, the quality was questionable: there was no Wi-Fi, some USB ports didn't work, and some air conditioning vents were broken. And to top it all off, the driver only made one stop during the six-hour journey, even though we had told him we needed to use the restroom, and one of the passengers was sick.

Celine DThe bus left at 4:20 PM instead of 5:00 PM, but the communication beforehand about this change was good, and we arrived in Ha Giang at the scheduled time.
We had a 30-minute stop during the journey to use the toilet and have dinner. Afterwards, the driver asked for the addresses of our hotels and dropped us off directly there.

Paula BFirst experience for us in a night sleeping bus, it was very good. Trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Giang. Comfortable and clean, good drive (as it can be in Vietnam). They give water bottle. No people sleeping on the floor (as I read somewhere). Left us directly at the homestay. I recommend it.

Joanna WI had a very disappointing experience with this bus company. During a 5-hour journey we were given only one toilet break, which is far from sufficient. The drivers talked loudly, laughed, and kept honking the horn repeatedly throughout the ride, making it impossible to rest.
The driving style was extremely aggressive, and there were no seat belts available, which made the trip feel unsafe. This was supposed to be a sleeper bus for long-distance travel, but with all the noise and reckless driving, getting any sleep was absolutely impossible.
Overall, it was a complete joke. I do not recommend this company at all.

Tom GGot the two lower beds all the way in the back, which are very small. Especially when you’re 190cm long.
Transfer was messy. We had to wait more than two in a completely dark bus without AC in a parking lot. Without anyone telling us why.
The transfer sleeper van Haiphong to Catba was 3 rows of beds without cabins and it was pretty smelly.
We arrived 2 hours later than expected.
