Bali Magir Trans menggunakan pelbagai kenderaan berbeza sebagai teksi. Anda boleh memilih kelas kenderaan yang paling sesuai untuk anda, bergantung pada bilangan orang dalam kumpulan serta tahap keselesaan yang diingini. Sebagai suatu nasihat yang berguna: semak kadar kenderaan kelas lebih tinggi walaupun anda selesa untuk menggunakan kelas standard. Contohnya, kadangkala pengendali menawarkan potongan harga yang besar untuk van, dan teksi van mungkin memakan belanja yang sama atau hampir sama dengan kereta kelas standard. Kelebihan Mengembara dengan Teksi
- Perjalanan dengan teksi memberikan anda fleksibiliti dari segi masa berlepas, laluan dan perhentian di sepanjang jalan. Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu anda ingat ialah anda perlu memaklumkan pengendali teksi tentang keperluan anda terlebih dahulu, supaya mereka boleh mengira tambang yang sesuai. Jika tidak, bil akhir mungkin lebih tinggi daripada yang disangka.
- Teksi ialah pengangkutan terbaik yang membolehkan anda mengekalkan penjarakan sosial semasa pandemik.
- Teksi mungkin satu-satunya pengangkutan yang tersedia untuk membawa anda ke beberapa destinasi yang tiada sambungan ke kereta api, bas atau van, apatah lagi sambungan ke kapal terbang.
Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Teksi

Daripada 2 jam yang dinyatakan di 12goasia, pemindahan itu akhirnya mengambil masa lebih 4 jam – dan memandangkan anda pasti lebih biasa dengan trafik Bali daripada kami, salah perhitungan seperti ini sukar difahami (pemandu melakukan kerja yang baik, saya rasa ia adalah masalah organisasi).

Laura SJadual waktu yang dinyatakan pada baucar tidak sepadan dengan waktu berlepas bot yang sebenar. Jadi, perlu diingatkan bahawa waktu yang ditempah adalah tidak tepat. Waktu kami adalah setengah jam lebih awal. Bot laju dan juga kru adalah ok. Pemindahan kereta ke hotel adalah lebih lama kerana pemandu perlu menghantar keluarga lain terlebih dahulu, jadi jika anda mahukan pemindahan yang lebih cepat, lebih baik anda menaiki teksi dari pelabuhan Padong Bai. Pemandu kami, Arya, adalah pemandu yang sangat baik, dia berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk menghantar kami secepat dan seaman mungkin. Kos tol untuk lebuh raya tidak ditanggung dalam tempahan jadi kami terpaksa membayar yuran tambahan untuk mendapatkan jalan terpantas ke Nusa Dua. Secara keseluruhan, saya tidak mengesyorkan tempahan dalam talian, lebih baik tempah di Bali, ia lebih murah, lebih pantas dan lebih mudah.

Antje DSaya menulis 1 hari sebelum lawatan, apabila pemandu akan menghubungi saya dan mereka tidak dapat memberitahu saya. Hanya pada hari pemandu menghantar mesej 45 minit sebelum perjalanan bermula, bahawa dia sudah berada di hostel saya. Ok, pengambilan tepat pada masanya, tetapi kemudian kami memulakan perjalanan pengambilan yang panjang dan mengambil masa lebih daripada 2 jam. Dari Canggu ke Seminyak ke Sanur dan kemudian sepanjang perjalanan ke Gilimanuk. Pemandu melakukan semuanya dengan baik kerana dia tidak dapat kerana kesesakan lalu lintas. Kemudian dengan feri ke Jawa selama 1 jam lagi. Secara keseluruhannya ia mengambil masa 9 jam. Maksud saya harganya agak berpatutan dan murah tetapi lebih baik untuk menjelaskan dalam tawaran bahawa pelanggan boleh melihat berapa jam masa yang diambil secara langsung.

Rebecca PI'm sorry to tell that I had a very bad experience. They change my reservation for the 9 am ferry to 11 am, telling that was because of the "bad weather" (the weather was sunny, without a cloud and with calm sea). The 11 am ferry was 1hr and half late. My day was completely ruined: I had a reservation for the Kecak dance at Uluwatu at 18, but I didn't arrive on time.

Pascal TGili to Uluwatu. There was no information where the ferry goes to (sanur or padanbai?) and no information if and how the bus transfer to Ulu works.
The ferry was tiny as well as the seats. Furthermore I was forced to change seat because of the boat‘s balance (I am 80 kg). The air condition was blowing very cold.

Frederik TToo long waiting time at the habour. Nobody was there tonlich you up directly at the pier! So please ba carefully cause you will get scammed from other peoples! They tell you that there is a ceremony today and the bus trip will take 5 hours but a private car can go in 1,5 hours.
Little bus with too many passengers and luggage.
And don’t take the offer from the driver with a direct transfer to your hotel. He offered us a price which was 4 times higher than the grap ride.
The driver was the whole trip busy with his mobile phone so didn’t focused on the road and waved a lot.

Juan Mthe booking available in 12go is not through the ferry operator but through a middleman. besides paying over 30% more for the ticket compared to buying it onsite, the ferry operator tried to make me buy another ticket since they claimed "the middleman wasn't replying". i insisted so they did reply, and i got my ticket, but other people might not have my same luck. you can buy this ticket on the spot for 65k IDR (as of August 2026) with no additional issues.

Lars MThe transfer took about 10 hours instead of 6 hours. The driver told me it’s always like that so you just lied about the time. I know the traffic on Bali is always this bad. So why lie to your customers instead of just give an appropriate time. Also we waited for nearly 1.5 hours at the port for someone guys who took a different ferry. Communicate that to your customers beforehand. I would never book this again if I actually knew the actual travel time.

Edward HThis is a shared minivan (not the taxi pictured). We arrived 2.5 hours later than the stated time (6pm). The transfer also included people staying in different parts of Bali (we had paid for a transfer to Ubud and they were staying in Seminyak). Communication was poor from the company, heard nothing until I messaged them on the morning of our travel.

Ralf SNot possible to reach them in advance via WhatsApp. On the day of travel they contacted me finally regarding pickup address, which was appreciated. When arriving at the port I was told I could take a ferry now to another port or have to wait 3 hours for the next one to the booked port. Well, that could have been organized in a better way.

Isabelle VThe intermediate stops weren't specified. On the way to Gili Meno, I was dropped off at Gili T and didn't know where to go to get to Gili Meno. There were no announcements on the first boat either, so I just sat there until someone came along and told me I had to get off if I wanted to go to Gili Meno. On the return trip from Meno to Padang Padang Beach, I was dropped off at a completely different location, and my taxi was going to be nearly two hours late, so I had to arrange my own taxi. I hope I get reimbursed for the taxi fare.

Rebecca JThe boat journey was rough, I understand the company have little to do with the seas so that can’t be helped. However, the car transfer was very poor. We were going to Canggu but there were others in our van who were going to ubud and ulwattu. They were told that they would be dropped off an hour into a journey and the company would order a grab for them?? Very stressful for those involved. The journey is 1hr 45 which actually took 5 hours!!!!!! The driver was lovely but 5 hours is horrific.

Olena VOverall, the trip was comfortable and well organized. The only downside is that the company advertises an arrival time that doesn’t match reality. Just like on our trip to the islands, we arrived much later than scheduled - this time almost 1.5 hours late. Instead of arriving at 3:30 PM, we reached the destination close to 5:00 PM because the boat departed later and the journey took longer than expected. I don’t understand why they don’t provide realistic arrival times, as it makes it very difficult to plan the rest of your vacation.

Isabella PThe fast boat from Gili T to Bali was great - no issues. The transfer from the port to Ubud was not.
We were told the driver would pick us up in Bali at 12pm to take us to Ubud. However, upon messaging the driver at the port in Bali, he informed me he was still an hour and a half away. He didn’t arrive until 2pm, meaning we were waiting for over two hours instead of the arranged 20 minutes.
The operator refused to issue a partial refund for the delay. They said this was because we waited for the driver and used his service. I enquired about a partial refund whilst we were waiting for two hours. They said they would check. When I chased up a partial refund, they said they couldn’t do it as we still went with the driver. I wish they’d informed me of this when we arrived at the port; we could got a grab for cheaper and faster. We should have been at Ubud by 1:30pm. We arrived at 4:20pm.

Jennifer BWhen I contacted the operator the day before my trip, as they didn’t get in touch with me, they didn’t reply to me for 20 hours about where to meet the driver and at what time. The boat was good and the driver was on time which was great. The vehicle was very tight, with our big bags packed in around us and backpacks on our laps for 3 hours. We were meant to arrive at 3:50pm and didn’t arrive until 5:30pm, due to traffic but just allow extra time.

Veronika NOverall it was good Service. It was great that they send an update through WhatsApp one day before the departure with the ferry where to be and what time (they have send the link for the office where to check in) staff there and in the boat was very helpful, the ride with the ferry was comfortable and on time. What I was surprised about that the hotel transfer was arranged 1.5 hour later then the arrival time (12:35 arrival in Sanur, 14:00 departure for hotel transfer) arrival time on the PDF was estimated to be 14:00. I get it that there was a big ceremony that day and it can occur delays- but one guests ferry was apparently canceled due to the ceremony (I assume that would have known that already before?!) so 14:45 I was still sitting at the harbour. The driver was very kind and fast responding to my messages. The operator send out some message in regards of longer waiting times due to the ceremony which felt like flat excuses. I took a taxi then to go home.

Purushoham CBoat transfer was ok but transfer from sanur to Uluwatu didn't happen. Was in Sanur Harbour at 12:30 itself. Transfer scheduled at 02:00 PM. Driver pinged at 02:20. Took a taxi. Worst operator

Matias GWas very difficult to contact the tour operator, they do not answer whatsapp or electronic mail, making the coordination of the pick up location an unnecessary stress on holidays; and the day of pick up, the driver wrote to ask if i can go to another hotel to win time, he arrived at our hotel 2 hours passed the acordated hour, drived to fast because he was late and charge diesel with all passengers on it. Obviously we arrived late to the fast boat and all plans was postergated.
