Daniël LMy electronic reclining seat was broken and stuck in a permanent near-horizontal position, which sucked if you're not going to sleep immediately (or at all). The USB charging port module was barely functioning. The windows fogged up due to inadequate A/C, which made looking outside somewhat difficult.

Angela We were picked up at our hotel, that was a real help. The changing of bus to taxi to smaller bus to car went smoothly. We would have liked to know about the changing ahead. The overall communication could have been better. It all worked out well but we would have liked to have more information
