Bas rosak, tiada apa yang berfungsi. Bukan hiburan, bukan tempat duduk urut. Satu-satunya perkara yang berfungsi ialah ac terlalu sejuk! Seluar panjang dan jaket serta selimut dan anda masih membeku. Tukar bas 05:00 sahaja untuk mendapatkan "wang tambahan" daripada orang yang tidak menempah melalui 12go. Perubahan mengambil masa 1.5j. Bas kedua sangat rosak dengan lubang di tempat duduk dan lubang di lantai! Juga beberapa perkara yang pelik apabila anda meninggalkan tiket anda di satu tempat dan mendapat tiket lain di tempat lain. Baru sahaja turun di jeti tiada periksa sama ada anda tahu ke mana hendak pergi. Terpaksa bertanya-tanya. Anda tiba di sana tetapi boleh diatur dengan lebih baik.

Bus run down, nothing is working. Not entertainment, not massage seats. Only thing working was ac on too cold! Long trousers and a jacket plus a blanket and you still freeze.
Change bus 05:00 only to get "extra money" from people not booking throu 12go. Change took 1,5h. Second bus very run down with holes in seats and a hole in the floor! Also some strange thing when you leave your ticket at one place and got handed another ticket at another place. Just dropped at the pier no check if you knew where to go. Had to ask around for it.
You got there but could be organised much better.

Bas membawa kami dan memindahkan kami ke tempat yang kami tuju, bas yang bagus dan selesa pasti akan pergi lagi namun saya menempah tempat duduk yang lebih baik dan akhirnya mendapat tempat duduk yang lebih murah dan tidak pernah mendapat bayaran balik untuk ini? Juga tiada rasa komunikasi yang sebenar, anda hanya akan diturunkan di tengah-tengah ketiadaan tempat dan menunggu esok untuk bercakap dengan anda, kemudian anda menunggu beberapa jam untuk sebuah minivan yang kemudiannya menurunkan anda di jeti tetapi tidak memberitahu anda jeti mana yang hendak dituju. Nasib baik gadis di belakang kaunter bercakap sedikit bahasa Inggeris dan membantu kami keluar.

Bus got us and transferred us to exactly where we were meant to go, nice and comfortable bus would definitely go again however I booked for better seats and ended up having cheaper seats and never got reimbursed for this? Also no real sense of communication, you just get dropped off in the middle of no where and wait for tomorrow to speak to you, then you wait a few hours for a minivan which then drops you off at the pier but doesn’t tell you which pier to go to. Luckily the girl behind the counter spoke a little English and helped us out.

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

I felt I was shuffled about like a bit of cattle. 1st bus was a partybus, not fitted for overnight travel (not even USB charger).
They stopped us at midnight for dinner at a very dodgy place. Filthy, people not welcoming, pushy for sales and overpriced. I didn't eat, too dirty and noodles looked like they had been dead for some time.
Then we had to wait at Surat for next bus for1 hour in the very early hours. And That bus should go for scrap: old, dirty, rickety and A/C leaking all over us.
Ferry was ok luckily, as was the last van to my place, although driver was a tad rude.
NOT a journey I'recommend. Going through Chumpon with Lomphraya is a totally different experience.

Good Main Drive from Bangkok to suritami, but with many stops, because Driver was checking Bus engine. One good Main Stop at a Bistro at the Highway for eating. About 2-3 Pick ups and Drops of people joining. All in all good, but arrived in suritami WE lost 2 hours because they let us sit and wait in Bistro and Bus, top collect more people. Then drove arround 30 MinutesJust arround suritami top Pick Up Others and than finally changed from the van to an old Bus. After that a 60 Minutes Drive to the harbour and another 90 Minutes for ferry Transport to Koh samui

The coach broke down multiple times but despite this the poor guys kept trying to fix it which was good and they did finally do it so we could carry on. The organisation was ok, unfortunately I had booked for the wrong day and they still managed to squeeze us in which was incredible! Communication was not ideal so we didn’t really know what was going on when the coach broke down but all good in the end and only 2 hours late from the predicted time!
