Craig MThey overbooked the ferry so we were placed on the floor for 9hrs. No safety measures were taken and we weren’t given the same service that other people on the boat got. Despite paying the same amount. We also sat at the dock for 45 minutes before even leaving the port. After all of this 12go only offered us a 22% refund… shocking. Do not use this provider
