At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★☆ Dec 15, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
2nd class air con, comfortable and clean. Ticket pick up was easy. Air con too cold but thats not news to anyone :)
★★☆☆☆ Dec 11, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
The train was a bit old, it isn't as modern and comfortable as the night train Bangkok-Chiang Mai, e.g. it hasn't power plugs. In our wagon, the doors didn't close properly, and the noise was a problem when you try to sleep.

★★★★☆ Dec 1, 2017 (train #40 Class II AC, Thai Railways) :
This was an amazing service. A 9 hour train journey at a super price, the staff on the train were amazingly helpful, the cleaning lady especially, who passed through the carriage with her map after every meal, which was complimentary. The only reason that I do not give a 5 star assessment is because the train was very old and starting to show signs of her age, you can't expect everything I suppose. The service from 12Go Asia in organising the travel for us was excellent, very professional.
★★★★☆ Nov 28, 2017 (train #86 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :

★★★★☆ Oct 12, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
The trip was great. No much space for large laguage. They sell us on the evening the breakfast for tourists. Which is too expensive - on the morning there is enough local food to buy from peddlers.

Train 84 is really a bit old and passed it. We used train 9 two weeks ago and this was much better. Use this train to get around but no real luxury

★★★☆☆ Sep 4, 2017 (train #32 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Exchanged ticket which worked well. Maybe that was the reason why the cabine (1st class) was quite dirty. Also slower than the original train (+2 hours) and what bothered me most was that it was not clear to me that the food was 550 baht extra and that I was not allowed to leave the train one station early.
★★★★★ Sep 4, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways)
★★★★★ Sep 3, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :

★★★★★ Aug 29, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Quick. Efficient. Organised. Well done!! :)
★★★★☆ Aug 27, 2017 (train #32 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Train was good (1st class), suited family of 4 as 2x2 interconnecting cabins worked really well. However it was a bit late leaving and also quite slow, didn't bother us though as we weren't in a rush for anything. Food ordered on touch screen didn't arrive and had to go fetch ourselves. 12go gave bad information about 400 baht refund as instructions said to collect in cash when collecting tickets from Surat Thani parcel room, staff didn't know anything and it got quite embarrassing repeatedly asking for it. In the end parcel room staff helped me by dialing 12go and they refunded to card, could have done with better instructions and less hassle.

1st class sleeper was great for us as a couple. Plenty of room for our luggage, and a good night of sleep. Ask the staff where to stand on the platform, as it is very long.
★★★★☆ Aug 24, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Left and arrived on time. Comfortable seats that transform to comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff at Surat Thani train station too.

★★★★★ Aug 22, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
I have to admit, i was a bit skeptical about the service but everything worked like a charm! I got my ticket for the train from surat thani to Bangkok delivered at the parcel office. I definitely recommend this website if you want a cheap option to travel around Thailand

★★★☆☆ Aug 20, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
The upper beds are less comfortable than the lower beds.
★★★★☆ Aug 20, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Pickinh up the tickets at the parcel room in Suratthani was easy. The trainpersonel was not very helpfull. Second class as was doable for a family with adolescents
★★★★★ Aug 18, 2017 (train #86 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Traveled 1st class - much better than 2nd class since it's cleaner. Everything on schedule and staff is very friendly and helpful! The shared toilet is OK, but not the cleanest. The AC in the room is way too cold - the provided blankets are too thin. Bring your own breakfast if you can - the one on the train is pretty poor.
★★★☆☆ Aug 18, 2017 (train #86 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
The sleepers were relatively comfortable, but the train itself was still kinda grimy & dingy.
★★★☆☆ Aug 16, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Train was exactly the same as 20 years ago, so now dirtier and onder of course. Service fron 12go was adsoluteley excellent!
★★★★☆ Aug 15, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Train was late (about 1hr), but same happens in England, so not worried. We went 1st class AC. Great as we booked two double rooms that interconnected to make a 4. Great with kids. Fun journey. Make sure you buy food/ drinks at nearby shops before getting train. Breakfast silly price. Or can buy food from ladies that get on at the stations close to Bangkok.
★★★★☆ Aug 14, 2017 (avia Economy, Thai AirAsia) :
Relax travelling!
★★★★☆ Aug 14, 2017 (bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour) :
Comfortable seats, we got offered free water, cookies and a blanket (or actually towel). Only took us 9 hours to get from Suratthani to Bangkok! However the toilet was disqusting.
★★★☆☆ Aug 12, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
There was no space to put our cases anywhere. Guy came round early morning and insisted on taking down all the beds back to seating again, and my sunglasses got lost in the melee of his quick cleaning of our area.
★★★★★ Aug 12, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways)
★★★★☆ Aug 12, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :

★★★★☆ Aug 11, 2017 (train #40 Class II AC, Thai Railways) :
too cold on the train
★★★★★ Aug 10, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Highly recommended. 12go.asia were very efficient getting back to us as soon as they'd booked the tickets and it was easy to collect the tickets from the parcel room at Surat Thani station. It was lovely travelling first class - the kids loved the excitement, as did I !
★★★★★ Aug 10, 2017 (train #86 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Great experience, kids loved it and very smooth picking up tickets etc.
★★★★★ Aug 9, 2017 (train #86 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
First time booking with this company - totally painless and easy. Tickets were collected at the parcel office no problem (I was worried about that bit - but smooth as silk!)

★★★★☆ Aug 5, 2017 (train #40 Class II AC, Thai Railways) :
An enjoyable but long train journey, nice food and easy ticket collection. It was cold but we were prepared with sweaters. My only disappointment was that the windows of the train were very dirty! We took the train especially to see the landscape of Thailand but it was difficult to see through the dirt.

★★★★☆ Jul 30, 2017 (avia Economy, Thai AirAsia) :
Check in was a bit chaotic! Air Asia should rethink their procedures here. However rest of the flight went very smoothly with flight being punctual and cabin crew were great!

Very comfortable seats and friendly staff. Appreciated the complimentary water, snack, headphones, pillow and blanket.
★★★★★ Jul 26, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
We have travelled 2nd class which was great, this time 1st class which was really special as we had a private compartment with bunk bed. Very romantic to fall asleep in one town and wake up to breakfast in Bangkok. We had wash basin and air con which made it quite cold, so make sure you have the right clothes. The shared shower and Western toilet was very clean. Very nice helpful staff made us tea/coffee and food. The set menu is great and quite cheap and very hygienic. You can also buy drinks and snacks from the vendors who come aboard during the journey - more choice in 2nd class as the vendors can't sell so easily in 1st class as passengers are behind closed doors. Overall - great value and great fun. The train was an hour late getting in to Bangkok, (i.e. a few Thai minutes)! 12Go are awesome; helped when our connecting transport was late and we were worried about collecting tickets, quick refund when we cancelled one trip, lots of support and very efficient! Do it!
★★★★☆ Jul 23, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Very comfortable 1st class sleeper. Small sink and bottled water in the compartment. Station and train attendants all very helpful.

★★★★★ Jul 13, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Great trip, so nice to be able to have a private room (1st class sleeper) while traveling. Staff was nice, rice soup for breakfast was really nice (130 bht). Had reading lights, a/c and our own sink. Just be prepared to use squat toilet on moving train... though they do provide toilet paper. Well rested and a fun way to travel!
★★★★★ Jul 10, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
It was a nice pleasant train journey.
★★★★★ Jul 5, 2017 (train #40 Class II AC, Thai Railways) :
The left on time, food was unexpected and so very nice, able to navigate the experience with no Thai language ability at all, train had a few bugs... but what to do... smooth ride, clean bathrooms... great service.... having the tickets mailed was so easy, they were there waiting for me no trouble.
★★★★☆ Jul 5, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways)
★★★★☆ Jul 2, 2017 (train #86 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Traveled 1 class. Trains were OK. On the downside, the bathroom smelled bad and it was a bit cold in the bed because the blanket is thin. Breakfast could also improve. On the up side, train staff was very helpful and friendly, train was on schedule.
★★★★★ Jul 1, 2017 (train #168 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Nice clean train. Enjoyed the trip. Luggage space could have been more. Thanks.

All transfers were organized very smoothly. I had to pick up tickets from Parcels office and they had arrived on my day of travel. The journey was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this operator for online bookings in Thailand.
★★★★★ Jun 23, 2017 (train #84 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
I enjoy this trip so much. Thanks!
★★★☆☆ Jun 23, 2017 (train #84 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Different and exciting experience. Reasonably comfortable. My boyfriend and myself slept in first class which meant we had our own room with a bunk bed and sink in it. Couldn't turn air con of which was very cold. Slight delay of half an hour. I wouldn't 100% recommend buying food/drinks from a local 7 eleven before getting on the train as there isn't a lot of food options, its all meals and they're expensive. I wouldn't order breakfast. Room was clean, 12 Go Asia was a very professional company. I would definitely use this transport again.
★★★★★ Jun 21, 2017 (avia Economy, Thai AirAsia) :
Cool and quick local flight, enjoyed it :) And they have a free transfer from Don Mueang to Suvarnabhumi Airport if you have a flight booking, ask information officers at Don Mueang

I used 12 go asia for my train tickets to and from Koh Pha Ngan from Bangkok.. and bus to and from Siem Reap, Cambodia.. I'm very happy with everything! They made the whole process stress free and simple! Would highly recomment.
