On time. Seatran Ferry was in very good condition. A mix of air con or outside seating. The shop sells cold meals, pot noodles, snacks and drinks. Phantip bus was clean and comfortable. This is a great way to get from Ko Samui to the mainland. Well organized & the Phantip staff are helpful.

Driver brought us to the wrong hotel and when we told him it was wrong, he just said it was the right one and wanted his money. After we paid him and went to the reception, the receptionist also told the driver that this is not the right one but all he said was that our hotel is too far away and he can't bring us there. So he left and we needed to get another taxi to our actual hotel. The way to the ferry and the journey itself was pretty good just this one experience was a little disappointing.
